The sound quality of the earbuds is good. I had the Galaxy buds Pro 2 that I traded in for these. I don't like the pinch/tap method to change the track or raise/lower the volume. It only works two out of 10 or so times. Really have to mess with it in order for it to work which is very frustrating. Buds Pro 2 were much easier to operate with a simple touch of one finger. I regret trading them in but it's too late now. Hoping I will get used to the pro 3's, but I would not recommend them

MIC DOES NOT WORK WITH WINDOWS 11. It is only receiving at 3-11% microphone volume even when set to 100%. Searching finds that this is a common issue going back to other models of Buds but Samsung refuses to acknowledge it is a bug. Chatted support and they just said "have you tried it with other devices?". Tried on a 2nd Windows PC and same thing - microphone at 3% so the other end can't hear you at all. Told support that and they said "Well, did you try it with a phone?". It does work when paired to my android, but I purchased these to use VOIP on my PC. Great sound quality, but don't buy if you want to use as a headset with a PC.

Battery life is shorter, and when you are in ambient sound mode or adaptive mode, sometimes one side suddenly turns off the mode and goes to noise canceling by itself. I have to take it off and put it back into the ears to goes back to the mode that I want.

Horrible. They do not stay properly in my ear. I also keep ripping the rubber tips while I remove them when I clean them. I have had problems charging them as well.... i need to take them out and put them in around 3 times for the charging to start..... should have stuck with the buds 2 pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro have the best sound quality out of any Bluetooth earphones I've ever tried. They support lossless audio that can normally only be fully enjoyed with expensive wired earphones. This has allowed me to enjoy my music far more. In addition, the Galaxy AI features all work great. The AI voice detect is awesome when your trying to have a conversation with both earbuds in and the AI phone quality enhancement is greatly noticeable and appreciated. The only problem is the AI features performance in high volume areas, but that is to be expected. Even so the features still far exceed those of other earphones in the same price bracket. I would definitely call my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro a solid purchase. P.s. My pair didn't come with any of the common defects.

As, I'm sure for all, the problem was keeping your Buds in your ears. I skipped out on the 2nd generation and then saw these. I can actually go working out, sleep, do what I ever I want to do while wearing them and not worry about them falling out. The sound quality is great and the functions on the Buds are cool. I can pause, skip, and lower the volume with just a touch of either bud without pestering with my device. Overall, it's a great product.

The new stem design is comfortable and fits securely, making them great for workouts or long listening sessions. A cool feature is the hands-free voice control, which lets you adjust volume or playback without saying “Hey Bixby.” It’s a game-changer, especially when your hands are full. Battery life is solid, and they integrate seamlessly with Samsung devices. But there are a few odd issues. The most annoying? If you hold them in your hand, they sometimes make a weird screeching sound—it’s unsettling and unexpected. Also, no multipoint Bluetooth, so switching between devices isn’t seamless. Despite this, if you’re deep in the Samsung ecosystem, these are some of the best earbuds out there.

I use them during work and I am physically active all day long and they stay in my ear. They are seamless when they switch between devices. Seamless action across apps! The active mouse cancelation is great and when I need to talk with co workers I love how the sound decreases and i don't have to do anything. I work with my hands so the hands free voice controls is really convenient. Great product!

Premium sound at its best and great noise cancelation. Extra ear tips and the buds light up and have 3 light options or you can turn them off. Definitely light and powerful.
