Charging problems

Not a good product tbh. It gives hard time to recharge both eardbuds. Definitely last version was much better

To enhance your charging experience, we recommend checking that you’re using an approved charger. Be sure to use the included USB cable along with a Samsung-approved wall adapter, which is sold separately. It's also helpful to make sure that the earbuds are seated properly inside the case, as they can sometimes shift. Also, be sure to check for any debris on the charging contacts and inspect both the case and the earbuds for any signs of damage. If you've gone through these steps and there’s still a concern with charging, please reach out to us at Samsung Support.
