Good Buds one Big Problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great buds. Good sound quality and comfortable to use. They stay in my ears for the most part, though they will start to come out with a lot of movement. The noise canceling is pretty effective except for when it comes to the one issue. That issue is a feedback noise that occurs when the pass through sound hears a high pitched noise it will amplify it 10x and kill your ears. Its awful. If they could fix that I would be behind them 100%.

The best earbuds for me😍😍🙏

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the sound that has everything and many headphones, this one I beat all those that I saw, I liked its quality and the new design that Samsung implements is much better than that of its competitors.

Best of the Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality and new build of the Pro 3 is top notch! The sound is amazing while listening to music. I work in a loud factory and the noise cancel works wonders. Pinch features to change between music and answering calls are way better the Pro 2. Galaxy AI features is super convenient but I don't us it as much. Overall..... a new version of a beast! Love it 😀

Pairing is easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the more difficult things to do with previous versions of galaxy buds was to put them in pairing mode when just opening the case didn't work. It wasn't always clear, like for the Galaxy buds 2. But for these it is, having the button. The sound quality is great, that seems to improve each year which is appreciated. I'm not sure why the design changed so much to where these now have the long piece to them sort of like air pods but either way, they work well.

That fitment is just incredible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These new buds 3 pro are just kicking harder than any other wireless headphones I've ever had! Hitting the gym has never been better with noise cancelling and dual drivers on each bud the difference is night and day from previous models. Just to put in perspective the stem or what Samsung calls blades just fits better and more secure in my ears. I can easily call out for Galaxy AI and even with environmental noise my inquiries still go through easily. Definitely worth the upgrade. I don't know what it is but Samsung keep doing what you're doing because I sure do like it!

This product has room for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When only using the right ear buds, the current song or video will randomly switch to the next in cue. There's also a high pitched half second screech when putting both earbuds in. This occurs after about every 10 uses. Maybe include an all matte black, blue or red option.

Thank you for your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! We see that you have a couple of concerns, and we'd like to assist you. For the random switching of songs or videos, we recommend ensuring that the sensors on your earbuds are clean, as debris can affect their performance. Additionally, make sure your earbuds are updated to the latest software version, as updates can enhance functionality. Regarding the high-pitched screech, when using Active Noise Canceling, Adaptive, or Ambient Sound modes, the sound from the sub-microphone adjusts based on the noise control mode. If you accidentally touch or cover that area while putting the earbuds in or adjusting them, it may trigger that sound. If you need further assistance with these concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. We’re here to help! Great upgrade, aside from 2 issues

I had been using the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro for a little over a year, and loved them compared to the Galaxy Buds 1 Pro. I was very excited when these 3's were announced, and traded in my old ones. Compared to the 2's, these are much more comfortable and have a better feel in my ear. I am a big fan of the pinch gestures, as I ran into many problems with the touch on the 2's getting in the way of readjusting the ear bud. Charge time and battery life are great on these, and I am able to use them for about 4-6 hours straight at work, and charge them for about 30 minutes to reach at least 50%. I love the adaptive noise cancelling; due to the nature of my job, I have to talk to coworkers and quickly work with loud devices, making the adaptive perfect. I have two issues with them however. 1 - compared to the 2's, if there is a loud, high pitch sound, these are not able to initially deal with the peak in sound, causing a popping sound, and 2 - they do not always charge in the case. I think due to the design change of how they charge, they rely on the magnet to push them down enough onto the pogo pins. I have ran into issues where I have to manually push them down to charge, as there is no other top compressio to keep them down on the pins. Aside from these two issues, I think these are a great upgrade from the 2's

Everything I wanted and More

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these headphones! I upgraded from Samsungs Buds2 and they are better in every way. They connect to all of my devices faster, not just my other Samsung devices, and the physical controls are more intuitive. The sound is loud and produces a surprising amount of bass.

The active noise cancelling is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy AI active noise cancelling and Eq works great. I work in a machine shop with all different kinds of noise and the earbuds cancel those sounds out while still allowing me to talk to and hear coworkers talking clearly.
