The sound quality, touch/talk tech and noise canceling tech blow any ear buds i have pertains owned or of the water. Highly recommend trying them out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like them a lot. I like that the blades light up and that the battery lasts a ridiculously long time. They are very comfortable. Also, the ambient features, like pass-through, work incredibly well. Only four stars because: the noise cancellation is not 100%; it is really good, but if you need silence, it will not be enough. Next, the ear tip feels like it folds on itself and does not always get a good seal. Lastly, the green light when it is done charging is too bright for a dark room. Overall, the negatives are vastly outweighed by the positives. I am thinking about surprising my husband with a pair of his own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The noise cancelling powered by Galaxy AI works great, it adjusts to how the buds are in my ear so even if they shift a bit from running or laying down I don't lse the comfort of the noise cancellation. The buds also connect to my TV without any hassle just by opening the case near the TV. And as soon as I want my phone audio they switch automatically. Battery life is great even with noise cancellation on. The lights add a wow factor that sets them apart from other earbuds I've had.

The smooth pairing and set up was enjoyable and fun to do, my galaxy s24 smartphone and pro 3 buds connected and link up, like they are dating each other. The step by step on YouTube was a God send, the simple childs play tips and tricks was incredible and educational too, to learn not just to use them, but to know WHY, you should use them when playing audio or video or even talking or using Google meet or zoom app platform . Battery life is FANTASTIC and simple to understand terms, when you are educated on using them properly with your smartwatch and smartphone. The ability to use your phone as a charger is a genius idea, just flip it, after you engage the wireless charging protocols and you are on your way to a quick charge and get on with your daily affairs. With galaxy AI, it's just amazing to use with voice commands. The ability to seemlessly do things without ever touching anything and just speaking is an advantage when you need to be aware of your surroundings, in an environment that is unsafe and troublesome. Adaptive mode is a excellent and great to have, just activate it and forget it, everything done for you, so can focus on the things at hand, like getting on a crowded metro bus and need to talk to someone of importance, again a excellent innovation. Water resistant abilities are REAL nice, don't have to fumble around trying to get them out your ears, when it's wet outside , durable and

Terrible fit, though the fit test assess it as good. Nearly impossible to change the bud tips, I'm not sure why that change was made. Have a noticeable hiss coming through the right earbud when ANC is on, which makes the off setting much more comfortable for usage. These just become overpriced generic earbuds at that point. I personally dislike the stem pinch controls, though some may prefer it to the tap controls of the 2 pro.

The bass is deep and rich and the tremble is crip and voices are clear. I am still getting used to the buds but they fit very well and with the noise canceling its like you have a set of full size over the ear headphones on when I have these in. Over all the apps the sound quality is always spot on. I listened to an audio book on Audible last night and it was like I was in a cocoon. Two nights earlier I was listening to music and it was like being in a sound proof studio. These were definitely a surprise to me.

Though not everyone had my issue this was the sole problem that I was faced with and I look forward to using then for much more.

It fit a little awkwardly in my ear and it wasn't a very snug and secure fit. I ended up getting airpods because the shape and deep were better for me at the time. These new buds check off all the boxes and I love them. Very comfortable and the sound quality is great

The sound quality parallels my best headphones with a caveat. The 3D sound is unreal, it feels like a concert. The noise cancelling is so much better than expected. Once I found the NC switch I couldn't hear the TV, fans or kids (which is very welcome). Bravo Samsung you hit it out of the park!
