Was sold right out of the box ANC was so much better sound quality better connection to phone was instant. Which the sony I need to go to Bluetooth to make shure they connected. Just over all better earbuds definitely worth the upgrade. Also I have always struggled with buds fitting but the stem seems to keep them in. So these don't fall out like my sonys

Giant step backwards for Galaxy buds pro.. They are super awkward to handle from case to ear and back. Requires an unnatural rotation to align with the ear because they're outward facing in the case.. The pinch controls are awkward. Sound is ok but not as good as Buds 2 pros. Short battery life... They also do not stay in my ears well and people had a very hard time hearing me on calls. No comments from people whole on my old or new Buds 2 Pro.. let's not even mention that the Buds 3 are obvious Airpods rip-off. I hope Samsung learned a lesson with these. Gave these away and got another pair of Buds 2 Pro

The Galaxy AI feature is quite useful, particularly the live translation feature for international travel or communication with non-native speakers. I have been using the Buds 3 Pro for approximately three days and am generally pleased with them, except for the slight difficulty in switching out the ear tips. To resolve this issue, I attached the ear tip to the small plastic piece that connects it to the earbud using superglue, which proved to be an effective solution. I highly recommend these earbuds, especially considering Samsung's efforts to improve the ear tip design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This buds brings me the most quality audio I could ask, its noise cancelation is incredible, I use them for calling my husband, he is truck driver and travels a lot, so he hasn't much time to text and I am in call many hours, and that's why I use them, I also play music while doing homework or shores at home, when Im in a trip they are useful to keep me awake and don't get bored.

These are perfect especially if I'm laying in bed, very comfy earbuds. The sound quality is superior and the mic is crystal clear. Plus I just love the design of them . So much better than all the other buds. Definitely like using the Galaxy AI feature to translate when my bf is speaking French to me .

These earbuds have been my go-to for daily tasks at the gym, watching videos at break times, and phone calls with loved ones. There is not a moment that the earbuds are not nearby and ready to be used. Battery life is exceptional with the product, not needing a charge for days even with heavy usage. With both buds in, noise cancelation is perfection. I can focus on the sounds that I want to hear only. It's so quiet sometimes, I could hear my own thoughts. This is a product I would 100% guarantee you at least try, but it's a safe bet that you will love them!
