The headphones are awesome some features fall shor
Everything promised except for . If your not near the device you have no idea how much battery you have left , the lights could be somewhat of a indicator. The other thing is more of a pep peve , The cases on the samsung never evolve with a digital display or a more customized case .I mean if the case is a charge point then shouldn't it have at least a small feature like the find me app or a micr glow light ! I mean the case is clear as I said a pep peve.

Not happy at all.
Not happy. Samsung did not tell me the battery life was only 4-6 hours. I thought I was buying a premium product. For the price you would think the batteries would at least last 10 hours. Don't waste your money on these. They do work great. Just not for long enough.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Charles. We noticed your concerns regarding battery life, especially when you rightfully expect more from your buds. It's important to note that the Galaxy Buds3 Pro can provide up to 26 hours of playtime per charge, which can be extended to an impressive 30 hours with a fully charged case. To help maximize battery life and ensure they last when you need them most, we recommend a couple of adjustments. First, be sure to keep your earbuds in the charging case with the cover closed when they’re not in use, and consider adjusting your notification settings through the Galaxy Wearable app or the Galaxy Buds app for iOS. These small changes can help you get the most out of your earbuds and enhance your overall experience. We appreciate your feedback and hope these tips make a positive difference! Feels cheap plastic and the ear tips break off
Been a huge fan of Galaxy buds pro series. These feel so cheap when you feel it in your hands. There's so many design flaws with the ear tips breaking so easily. I ended up breaking the s size and L size when I was trying to replace it. Many people broke it too. The clip on case, it blocks the Bluetooth button on the bottom and it's so hard to take off. Design 1/10 whoever designed these should get fired.

Great sound, poor fitment.
I like the build, and the options on the headphones but there is one thing that really causes some issues and that is fitment. I have tried all three of the silicon pieces and none of them prevent the sound of wind blowing into your ear. That is fairly annoying. This also affects the earbud staying in your ear which they slowly start falling out. Other then that the sound is great.

Would be a 5 except ...
Galaxy Buds3 Pro will be my best BACKUP buds. Jabra Active 75T will remain in first place. They stay in my ears and sound great. The Buds3 Pro might sound even better, but it's hard to tell because do not stay in my ears despite trying all three tips. Seriously disappointing.

Eh. Try them out, but they're not worth it.
They're okay. I wouldn't personally get them again. The battery drains faster than previous models I still own. I've swapped around ear tips to get a better fit, and they still work themselves loose. I'm not sure if it's the design or what, but I didn't have this issue with other earbuds. Sound quality is normal, even turned up all the way and with EQ adjusted; it's just bland. The right earbud started to get hot, which is weird. I guess if it blows up, some legal action will be taken, but that's a worst-case scenario.
Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We completely understand your concerns. For the fit, have you tried running the fit test available in the Wearable app? It can help customize the ear tips to better match your unique ear shape, ensuring a secure fit that enhances your listening experience. Regarding the heat you're noticing in the right earbud, it's important to know that all Galaxy devices, including your earbuds, operate optimally within a specific temperature range. While they might feel warm during use or charging, this is generally normal and doesn’t affect their lifespan or overall performance. However, if they become too warm, please be mindful of your usage conditions. Check out the link attached to learn about what you can do if this happens. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. If this continues to be your experience, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support for further assistance. Sounds great, fits okay
Love the sound of the earbuds, they sound much fuller then the buds 2 pro. The controls are nice to use, I like that you now have volume control on both earbuds separately. My only gripe is that this new design doesn't stay in my ears very well. The bean design of the buds pro and pro 2 kinda locked into the back of my ear, while these ones only seem to friction fit with the tips. I'm readjusting them every so often so they don't fall out, which isn't terrible, but it is slightly inconvenient. Other than that I'm loving them, and I can't wait for the UHQ update to come

Far better than expected.
These are far better than I expected. The sound quality is amazing. We haven't had the opportunity to have them translate for us, but using them for music has been great. I would 100% recommend these to anyone looking for small earbuds with amazing sound quality.

Good but...
Very nice and elegant design, I liked it more than the Buds2 Pro. The sound quality is great, just as the Buds2 Pro. The only bad thing is when I use them for working out, I put them back in the case the LED starts blinking red. I clean them and make sure they're completely dry but it keeps blinking red. The only fix is I leave them out of the case for several minutes (maybe 1 hour or even more), and then it is okay. This never happened with the Buds2 Pro. I'm not sure if this is a real issue or if an update to the firmware could fix it. But it is really annoying, as I don't want to leave them out of the case and lose them. One other thing I could use is slightly bigger ear tips. I feel like they come out, or the external noise is not being isolated properly (I might have bigger ear canals than the rest), and this also happened in the Buds2 Pro.
