Stick with the Galaxy Buds 2.
I had to switch back to my Buds 2. I really missed the tap feature. The 3's have a button instead. Also, the case is too slick and falls out of my pocket all day. Lastly, I don't like the stick part. It looks like the old trucker blue tooth pieces.
Thank you for your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, TD23! We appreciate your honesty, especially regarding the pinch feature. While we understand that it might take some time to get used to, it's designed to provide seamless control over your listening experience. Think of the pinch controls as a way to easily navigate your music and calls without having to reach for your device. A single pinch not only lets you play or pause your songs but also allows you to accept or end calls effortlessly. The double pinch for the next track and triple pinch to go back can make your listening experience more fluid, especially when you’re on the go. The pinch-and-hold feature is perfect for activating your preferred modes, like noise control, with just a simple gesture. This functionality is designed to enhance convenience and keep you in the moment, giving you quick access to your favorite features without any interruption. We hope you will give the pinch controls another chance and discover how they can add to your enjoyment of the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! Good, but question if better then Buds 2
Decent sound and function. The issue I have is when inserting them into my ears I often get a huge amount of feedback. Perhaps I am trying to hard to insert them because I don't feel like they make a great fit. The noise cancelation isn't as good as the Buds2. However they do stay in my ears better then the Buds2. Finally, it's impossible to put a shirt on/off without them falling out unlike the Buds2.
Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! We appreciate your feedback and want to ensure you have the best possible experience with our products. Regarding the discomfort you’re experiencing during insertion, it may help to adjust the ear tips for a better fit. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro comes with multiple ear tip sizes, so experimenting with these options can enhance both comfort and sound quality. A secure fit is essential for optimal audio performance, so it's great that you're considering this! As for noise cancellation, the Buds3 Pro features Active Noise Cancellation to reduce outside sounds. However, it's important to ensure that the ear tips create a good seal in your ears. You can check the fit by following the guidelines provided on our website. For even better sound isolation, remember to activate the Ambient Sound feature when you need to be aware of your surroundings. It's fantastic to see that the Galaxy Buds3 Pro stay in your ears more securely compared to the Buds2. For added stability, try adjusting the fit during high-movement activities. Decent Product
Earbuds are great sometimes. Battery doesn’t last as much as the Buds Pro 2. During phone calls, callers report an echo during calls. Buds slip out of ears sometimes. Accidentally hang up on calls because you end up pressing the side button when adjusting buds.
Thanks for reaching out, Jason. We appreciate you sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. It's good to see that your buds have worked great for you but we would like to help ensure you always have a great experience. We see that your battery isn't lasting as long as your Buds2 Pro. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro offer up to 26 hours of playtime per charge, extending to 30 hours with a fully charged case. To help you get the most out of your earbuds, here are a few adjustments you can make. Always store your earbuds in the charging case with the cover closed when not in use. You can also modify the notification settings via the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone, or through the Galaxy Buds app if you’re using iOS. If people are hearing an echo while on calls, please ensure your earbuds have the latest software update; if they do, a reset through the Wearable app may enhance performance. For accidental presses, try adjusting the buds from the top instead of the stems. Remember, Samsung products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer Samsung Care+ for extended protection and support, which can be enrolled during or shortly after your purchase. If any of this persists, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can further assist. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Great Features, Not So Great Fit
Amazing features and noise cancellation, probably some of the best and most intuitive I've seen. However, the buds don't necessarily fit in or with my ear. I prefer the Buds Live and hope a new Buds Live model with upgraded features will be released.

Sound quality is on fire!!!!
So far, sound quality is on fire! I traded in my Galaxy buds 2 for the Buds 3 pro, and I am pleased. The only thing I don't like is the fact that they do not hang on very well on the ear, so I have to be repositioning them every now and then. Besides that, I give them a 8 out of a 10.

Worth it
The sound is awesome. The battery life could be improved though. My JBL buds last almost an hour longer, and I needed to purchase aftermarket silicone inserts as the ones that came in the box kept the buds falling out of my ears. But all in all a great upgrade to the pro 2 buds

Meh - About destroyed my eardrum
I accidentally dropped the right earbud from about 2 feet, and it immediately started emitting a high-pitched ringing sound — loud enough that I was genuinely worried it might damage my eardrum. After checking Reddit, I found that others have had similar issues. Thankfully, after about 20 minutes of gently shaking the earbud, the ringing stopped and it returned to normal. Since then, both earbuds have worked fine, and the sound quality is actually pretty good. But that initial issue definitely shook my confidence in the build quality.
Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Sully. We're glad to see that after some gentle shaking, the matter resolved itself, and both earbuds are working well. Regarding the loud ringing sound you encountered, this can sometimes happen due to microphone feedback, especially when using Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), Adaptive, or Ambient Sound modes. When the microphone picks up sound from the speaker, it can create a feedback loop, resulting in that high-pitched noise you experienced. This could be triggered if the sub-microphone on the outer edge of the earbuds is touched or covered while adjusting them or putting them in. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us understand and improve our products. Good over all.
These buds sound great and are a bit louder than the galaxy buds pro2. I really like the touch controls this time around. I do have trouble with the left ear bud charging after working out because of moisture on the contact point, which is unfortunate since I hoped to use these for all occasions. I'll have to keep my buds pro2 for exercising and the buds pro3 for everyday use. Maybe ill get in contact with samsung for help with the charging issue.
Amazing sound qualitly and features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earphones are amazing, they sound great and the active noise cancelation is perfect for even better sound. I also love the Galaxy AI for its in the moment traslations for when im talking to someone and it makes conversations even better and easier for when im on the move or traveling. The ambient sound feature is also great for when i want to hear music/a call and still hear my surroundings or if someone tries talking to me. All in all amazing buy and deffently recommend.
