This is my second pair becuase thier my favorite buds, i bought the white Now to match my white watch 8 classic,cant go wrong with the buds 3 Pro sound quality is very good,ordered directly from samsung which is always a easy and fast process. From app to my door wasn't long at all.

The sound is super clear, the bass is punchy, and the noise canceling blocks out just enough without feeling totally isolated. Battery life easily gets me through the day, and the fit is surprisingly comfortable-even after hours. I also use them with my Galaxy phone, and Galaxy Al features like live translate during calls are a game changer. Definitely worth it.

YOU CAN'T TURN THESE DOWN IN A INSTANT LIKE YOU COULD THE 2'S AND PLUS THEY DON'T OPERATE SOMETIMES TOO THE COMMANDS YOU HAVE THEM SET FOR!!!! THEY NEED TO GO BACK IN THE LAB AND TWEAK THE DATA AND BUDS

Bought these last week. The sound quality is good, but they just don’t stay on. They keep falling out of your ear, and you have to keep putting them back on with every movement, which is uncomfortable. I'm currently using the smallest size earpiece gel cap, but experiencing the same problem.

The redesign on them seemed almost like a step back from the previous one (I have used all previous versions and loved them all). But I was just glad to finally decided to get them, they are state of the art, the connection is seamless and instant with my Galaxy phone. The level of both the active noise canceling and the adaptive audio are superb, the ability to adjust them to my hearing capacity makes the sound be more alive and crisp. They hold good on the ears while moving around with them and, de pinch and slide function does make them easier to handle specially when you're busy with something else. Love them and will use them for a long time...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure if the buds pro have galaxy ai in them but I will say that if they do I'll have to learn how it works. These buds have great noise cancellation and sound. Unfortunately I lost them. Not sure ill buy another pair though because they are not very comfortable. I have 2 other pairs of buds with the stem like these and they are both more comfortable because the stem sticks out farther. They literally hurt for a few weeks till my ears got used to them. Maybe I'll wait for the next generation or get the last year gen.

Had them for about a week and then they died. Samsung ran me through the ringer gave me a complete runaround and were complete jerks. They finally ended up replacing them and they work great they sound great they work great. I am a huge Samsung fanboy but my disappointment in their support leaves me with questions. But the headphones sound great and do everything that they offer.
