However I've kept an open mind. So these came out and I had to see what they were about. I traded in my 2 pro to get the 3 pro. They're slick, like they look good they feel good the operation of them is great you can turn the volume up n down by sliding a finger up or down the rail. Who does that? Samsung lol maybe it's already a thing but it's the first I've had like that. My only big complaint here is they DO NOT seat in my ear nicely. If I tilt my head too long they fall out, cause gravity. I gave 3 stars because this is a pretty big issue for headphones. Ive tried all 3 tips.

I I shook them and I cleaned them and dry them and they work perfectly I've had them for over 2 years. I also use them when walking or biking. Great fit great sound.

This method is much improved. I also like the upgraded microphone with the stems. I only down rated 1 star because the first set of tips for the medium size when trying to remove them to put on different size tips. Just the tip. That's the only issue for me. Just the tip.

I bought these to replace my Beats and Jabra buds and I'm glad I did. These buds are AMAZING!! Best sound I've ever heard from a wireless ear bud. Great feel in the ear and super looking! Easy pairing with my Samsung phone and customization from the app. I will buy again!!

I love using them on the bus because they completely separate me from the outside noise and the speaking mode is one of my favorites since I can listen to music and at the same time be aware of what is happening around me. I push through the design changes and upgrades along with the GalaxyAI integration And man I'm glad I did! With these earbuds in you can set it up to where you don't even have to have your phone within reach. You can control everything by your voice you have easy to use buttons on the earbuds themselves but the hottest option so far is the earbuds self-fitting in your ear to give you the immense sound radioheads are looking for!
