the casing does not work properly

After using the Bud pro2 I switched to the Bud pro3 and I couldn't. I bought them 3 times and 3 times they came with a faulty charge, incredible and frustrating... I ended up buying the Google Pixel...

Buds 3 pro

Do not charge

I have a problem with these, the box stopped serving for no reason and I did not get it back to work and I cannot even get a spare box so basically it is money I lost.

If you're experiencing charging difficulties, we suggest first cleaning the charging contacts with a dry cloth, as dust or foreign materials can interfere with charging. It’s also important to make sure that both the earbuds and the charging case are free from any debris. If they’ve been exposed to dust, sand, or metal shavings, gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth before placing them back in the charging case. Also, ensure that you're using a Samsung-approved charger for optimal performance.
