Bought 1.5 months ago. Bought because I use Samsung phone. Read reviews were good. I was looking for good sound and great battery life. Battery life started at about 7 hours of continuous play. 1.5 months and two updates later and they only last just under four hour. In addition, and this in other reviews also, they like to fall out. I even upgraded from the medium earpieces to the large and they still fall out. Very disappointed. Two stars instead of one because the sound quality is pretty good.

The fit is a little strange and I did have one of the ear tips rip when swapping them out for one of the other pairs that come with the purchase. They work amazing.I like the idea that by just a fingertip that you can increase and decrease the volume as well as hanging up a phone call and stopping your music. If you're already listening to music at the time and about the noise canceling part of the headphones, I use them every single day at work and love them. I would keep purchasing them. I find self pinching every part of the stem trying to change songs or answer calls, just to pull out my phone and do it from there. Everything thing else is great. I also still haven't figured out the Galaxy AI part yet.

My experience with this product has been a bit frustrating, as I need to charge them every three hours, despite the advertised 24-hour battery life. Furthermore, I have encountered an issue where the right earbud occasionally stops functioning and fails to charge. It is also worth noting that updating this product necessitates both earbuds being fully charged and inserted, which can be inconvenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro surprises me all the time. This device is my daily driver when I'm at work on my break, or just walking to my car. With the device being a Galaxy AI powered device this begins the surpassing expectations. As soon as I begin talking what I'm listening to becomes the background and my voice is given more importance and if a conversation occurs the AI keeps my content in the background until it detects voice no more. I'm always on YouTube so when I play my music the custome EQ settings can give me that precise sound. What should me the true power of these earbuds was, I was walking into the wind while having a conversation and the person on the other end of the call could hear me clearly. WOW. No other earbuds that I have used can do that except for over the ear headphones. To be fair I've compared these to the Bose Quietcomfort Ultra earbuds, and the Galaxy Buds Pro 3 powered by Galaxy AI are the best I've used.
