I must say the quality and the finishe are excellent. And the enhanced galaxy AI features. WereI like crazy? I loved My bud pro 2's but these are an upgrade in every way and then some The sonic sound quality and the base bottom end are hitting hard. I love all the features and how they integrate and work so well with my Galaxy phone. I'd say samsung hit this one right out of the park ! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best sounding buds since the Buds Pro 2. Too bad that they randomly disconnect while using with my Samsung galaxy phone and tablet. They have nice features, like being able to raise and lower the volume on either bud, the haptic feel of a button press on the stems, and are easy to answer phone calls. The buds feel awkward while trying to place them into the case. I have to look into and find just the right angle to place them in the case. The official Samsung case makes the buds look even more fancy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy buds 3 pro have been one of the best earbuds I have tried. They are a significant upgrade to my previous Buds 2 Pro. Some of the reasons I believe this include the comfortability of the buds, I can use them for hours and completely forget they are there. Another reason would be the audio quality of the buds with the new sounds system is a significant improvement over my previous earbuds.

I am delighted with these headphones I really use it for everything and when I talk about everything it is game, music, streamer, talking on the phone both as a work call and for personal call. He found 2 defect and one is that he has a little bit of lag when he plays on the phone and the other is that he gives a little pain in his hatreds for having him so long on. Those are the only problems I encounter in my daily use because otherwise it is Excellent.

Definitely started off strong, great features all around and definitely exceeded my expectations and voice oj calls were crystal clear BUT they slowly DECLINED in quality after a month. After 4 MONTHS the case stopped taking a charge and I have no way of charging buds. Buds started RANDOMLY producing a HIGH PITCH sound that would cut through my ear and hurt like crazy. My voice on calls would sometimes sound staticy even with a full charge in areas were they had worked before. I use them almost everyday and it seems they are not meant to be use on a daily bases. They don't hold up as advertised which is disappointing since I'm all in with Samsung. I hope this doesn't happen with all the other phones tablets and laptop I've purchased.

The ambient sound is clear as if I'm not even wearing them. As for the comfortability I have been forgetting they are even on. Like they are so comfortable and between the ambient sound and noise canceling I have no reason to take them off. I would recommend these for someone who loves music, playing games, and want some great audio quality.

While I may be slightly clumsy by dropping the case for them, I still believe the lid to it should be more secure so the Buds don't fall out when it falls 3 feet. Along with the Buds sometimes creating an ear piercing and painful sound on occasion when dropped. (Typically only one bud makes the sound, not both)

They are truly amazing I love all the features it has along with the noise canceling as well, which is my favorite especially at work while I'm focusing on something typing up a report I can just put them in and focus and block everything else out. I love the feel and the charging case itself has some weight to it so let's me know it's not cheaply made. The bud activation and features itself are very simple and easy to do. The music and calls and everything is just overall amazing I'm 100% satisfied with this product.
