Sound quality is excellent. Noise cancelling is excellent. Look of the buds is excellent. The ear tips are horrible. They will easily will rip off the mount requiring you to dig the broken piece off of the bud. Tried chatting with Samsung support to get new tips, but they gave me a runaround telling me I had to visit a service center. Be very careful when removing the tips.

I still can't get over the galaxy ai feature where if say my buds are not fit properly, the buds will AUTO ADJUST THE AUTIO FOR BEST QUALITY!!! my only gripe is that I prefer the buds 2 pro case, it was much more sleek and felt much more premium, but that's a very small matter

Traded in my Buds2 Pros for these and immediately knew they would be miles better. The noise-cancelling feature is unbelievable. You really have to concentrate to hear outside noise. The sound quality is top-notch. The fit, which was my main issue with the Buds2 Pros, is greatly improved. Looking forward to continuous use.

Had them for about a week and then they died. Samsung ran me through the ringer gave me a complete runaround and were complete jerks. They finally ended up replacing them and they work great they sound great they work great. I am a huge Samsung fanboy but my disappointment in their support leaves me with questions. But the headphones sound great and do everything that they offer.

I love using these buds especially with the Galaxy AI features making them so seemless to use. One thing can be improved is the charging of buds inside the case. My right bud is having issues with charging and I can't seem to figure out what is going wrong with it. Otherwise, these buds are greatA
