I purchased the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro silver, and they fall out all the time. I have tried changing the tip from small, to medium, to large several times, but I feel that they fall out because of the design and not the fit. I cant eat or chew gum with them in. I cannot lean forward too far. They do not want to stay in! I can compare it to wearing a heavy poorly fitted pair of glasses and have to constantly be push back on. I owned the Galaxy buds 2 before this and they also were bug and bulky, but they stayed in better, but would cause ear soreness from tight fit. I owned the original Galaxy buds and used them for 6 years! before they gave our and they fit better than all the new models. I tried purchasing a refurbished set of original Galaxy buds but they were broke and the noise cancelation did not work, so I was forced to go with the new models and they all sucked. Super disappointed and with they lived up to the hype. But they did not because they fall out all the time. And no I do not have odd shaped ears.

You wouldn't think this is true, but the noise canceling mode is outstanding from these little buds. While canceling the sound of the screaming engines of the plane, I can hear music or podcasts clearly. There's not much space to move around in an airplane seat, and can't access my phone too easily, so with my Galaxy watch, I am able to scroll through playlists, and adjust volume with ease. These buds have been great for me. Give them a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to sound quality, customization, and earbud fit these are the best earbuds I've ever tried. The only issues I have is that recently the earbuds have been very ineffective with pairing with new devices, and the pairing mode often doesn't work. The other issue is that it takes very small amounts of debris to stop the earbuds from charging in the case, making it so I have to blow into the case every couple of days and clean off the bottom of the earbuds on top of regular cleaning. The galaxy AI works very well with the voice commands, however I would like to have an option to use an assistant other than bixby.

They are more comfortable and fit better in the ear than others I had in the past that fell out constantly. The added features with the new design are amazing. Being able to change the volume with a swipe or pause music with a press has been life changing. I wear these when I am at the gym and having quick access to these is great. The active noise canceling is next level. If it is active, I cannot hear someone talking to me but once I turn it off it is almost like I do not have them in. These functions are great but can be finicky sometimes to get it to work properly on the first try. The case is great and still small enough to fit in a pocket and the buds fit easily with a satisfying snap into place. It can also be finicky to get them to seat properly for them to charge but I find pulling them back out a little and letting them pop back in fixes that issue. I knkw these are still new and have already noticed a few updates come through for them and some of these issues are being resolved as time goes on, keep up the good work! I have also found how important it is to keep them clean as it can affect the noise canceling and make audio sound weird. A quick wipe down makes it all better though. Love these earbuds!

The sound quality is an improvement and the active noise canceling is positive upgrade. While I preferred the stemless design of previous models, these work well and have more control than previous versions across individual buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the headphones are great the integration within the ecosystem is amazing my only complaint and it isn't a deal breaker is when running I find them moving even when I selected the best tips. The sound could be better compared to other headphones such as the Sony.

I bought these a few days ago thinking I'd upgrade my first gen pro buds and the the buds3 pro are unbearably tinny. I've messed around with the various EQ preset, updated software, factory reset, etc. and nothing seems to help. I'll definitely be returning these and trying a different company's that won't involve hours of me tweaking for them to sound a touch better but still terrible.

I always had a bit of an issue with accidently hanging up phone calls with the Galaxy Buds2 Pro because though they hardly ever fell out I am the kind of person where I'm always adjusting my earbuds so they don't fall out...now I haven't dropped one call because they feel like they don't move and with the new controls it's a life saver. The sound is amazing and the auto switch to ambient is amazing for when I go grocery shopping or just cleaning the house. Samsung keep up the good work and I'll be a customer for life!
