I bought two of the buds 3 pro and for a while they were fine. I mean the worked extremely well but one side stop playing and simply wouldn't charge. Though it has life in the buds the case doesn't charge them. I found this surpringly strange. I am frustrated because I don't know if I just have the worst luck and bought two defected buds or if the line is affected. Please help

They aren't the greatest of all time, but they are very good. Do not let me turn you away. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these earbuds mainly on day trips. They do exceptionally well for calls and music above all is best when it comes to its drivers. They are really good at noise canceling for the average day to day activity especially in big crowds. With just enough frequency to hear your own surroundings. I can push it to its limits by using different settings to enhance these features more effectively. When my hands are busy I really appreciate the speak feature where you simply speak and it does accordingly to the command you give it to either raise or lower volume. Or play and pause. It does okay on some occasions. Recently, I found out if someone says a similar command it will toggle automatically without me mentioning it. This happens rarely. The Galaxy Ai feature only seems to work only when im using the germani or translator app that comes with Samsung and it does poorly in my option. I understand its still under development so I happen to only focus on using it for its functionality which in my case is jamming to music. That alone is enough for me. But alittle more intentionality with the products intention which is essentially AI capabilities could make these earbuds useful for setting tasks without doing them manually. The Led lights on the ear buds is a cool addition to the design and very unique. I dont use it much since it takes battery life from the buds more quickly. This is an area that can also be improved. They serve no other purpose other wise.

I was sceptical on these as I was not a big fan of the form factor but when I used them it made more sense. The sound and comfort is better than the previous gen, the controls are also better to use. I did have to buy aftermarket flanged tips as that is the only way any buds say in my ear. Overall I would recommend the upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the anc when using ambient sound if you touch the bottom of the earbud where the mic is it makes a really high pitched sound which is irritating. Second the earbuds fit isn't the best. It doesn't feel as snug as the buds 2 pro. Third is that the noise canceling could be better but it is not bad. Everything else is great but also sometimes there's a slight sound when using anc it sounds like whistling.

I genuinely feel like these are mostly downgraded from the Pro 2. The audio quality does seem better however I'm not an audiophile by any means. The noise canceling just doesn't seem on par with previous gens but I wouldn't say it's bad even though it's the biggest reason I use these headphones. My hudge issue is with the stem. Pausing, skipping songs or anything that basically involves using the headphones for controls have become virtually unable if you're doing anything but sitting still. I was initially exited for the design of the headphones but now it makes it so I can't really recommend these even though I have recommend the Pro and Pro 2 to so many people.
