[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and loved them. I had a mishap and broke one ear. I decided to upgrade to the new model and am glad I did. The fit in my ear is better, and adjusting the volume is so much easier. I also like the carrying case option for my buds. I can still charge them wirelessly inside the carrying case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good overall, I find the case a little thick (replaced my airpod pro gen 2 for these) and the sounds it makes when you squeeze the buds doesn't sound premium at all. It sounds like thin hallow plastic snapping in and out of shape compared to the airpods. Now it does fixes itself quite quickly but it'll random tech/static noises happen and such but I wish it just wouodnt happen at all. "Galaxy AI"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly the sound quality is great but nothing special. The Galaxy AI on these are awesome! I just wish there were more voice commands. My son loves how they light up and says they look like a tesla cyber truck. I will say the active noise control is what sets these apart. It does the job flawlessly. One thing i have noticed is that since they now have the 'blade' you have to actually look how your putting them back in the case as with the buds 2 you can just kind of "pop" them in and they just go where they need to go.

I traded in my Buds2 Pro for the 3 Pro. I like them, but it's hard to get used to the pinching instead of tapping the bud to play/pause or change tracks, and the stems are difficult to hold onto cause of their weird shape. My only other issue is the ANC. I swear my Buds 2 Pro was much better at canceling out sound. Sometimes I have to go to the settings to verify it's on cause I can hear just about everything around me. I know it's not judt me cause I've used the "do you have a good sound seal" feature. These are the only buds where I had to constantly adjust them to get it to say I have a good fit. With my 2 Pro, I couldn't hear ppl 6 ft away speaking. It's almost like when my Buds Live were in ANC. Im also pretty shocked that they haven't updated the S24 Ultra to work with the translation yet. It's their current flagship (bar shaped) phone. I speak multiple languages and would love to speak French to someone who doesn't understand it. Overall their great, but there are a few things they could have fine tuned and upgraded. I can't wait for the Buds 4 Pro to come out so I can trade them in. I'd return them if I knew I could get my 2 Pro back.

The custom EQ settings are a huge plus for those who like to set everything to their own preferences. While I have only used Galaxy AI features briefly for the first few days, I can see the real time translation being useful once it is further refined. These earbuds are great for people who want quality wireless earbuds with the Samsung ecosystem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good sound and I like how it automatically pairs with my Samsung S24 plus when I put them in my ears. I've tried all 3 sizes of ear plugs that are supplied with the buds. 1 set seems to fit ok! I'm not a big fan of the pinch to control as I have to try a few times if I don't grab it right the first time. Not really sure what purpose the lights on the posts serve as I can never get them to stay on. But sound is the most important thing and they sound great when they fit in my ear properly! Noise canceling works well too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First we'll start with comfort. I previously had the galaxy buds 2, and I love to bean shape. It fit perfectly in my ears and I never had to worry about it falling out. However, with this new model that has not been the experience. They fit okay, but when I smile or laugh, they have a tendency to fall out. Which is odd?Because when I go to pull them out, the silicon tip turns inside out and wants to stay in my ear. As far as sound goes, these headphones sound amazing. Plus they give you plenty of customization features.If you want to tweak the sound a little bit. I've used them a little bit for movies, audiobooks and video games. All three have sounded great. The Galaxy AI feature is a nice to have, but I don't find myself using it that often, and it is too easy to prompt bixby. Also, these have an ai translate feature.However, galaxy phone is not currently supported, and so I haven't been able to test that out. There is an issue with the with whistling whenever any object gets too close. Overall I am still happy with my purchase.

Good: They sound awesome! Noise canceling's great, bass is pretty good for earbuds, ambient sound is good, and the battery life is decent....but the. Bad side of things are the charging contacts are weird; the buds sometimes don't charge, I have to fiddle with them to get rid of the warning that pops up on my phone. Those pointy stems are a pain to put back in the case. The bulky plastic hurts my ears after a while, no matter how I wear them. And they randomly fall out, it's because of the stems there is nothingfor the buds to hook to your ear to keep them from falling out. I don't dare lean my head over anything like a sink or balcony because I don't trust them to stay in my ears - You have to pinch surprisingly hard to use the pinch feature with is a pain if you are doing something active such as working out and need your hands for stabilization or working. I really miss the old Buds design but hey we are here.
