So a lot of the time, i go to use them and they are dead. Why I gave this 3 stars instead one 1 star, is because when they are working, they arebreally amazing. I've heard others say that they fall out when working out.. I've never experienced that and I do heavy cardio regularly. The button controls take a minute to get used to, but they are smooth sailing afterwards. My only other complaint is when you are sweaty, sometimes the swipe/click gestures are non responsive.

The Ai features, albeit splendid, takes a while to kick in For instance the lowering of volume if user is speaking out loud or the change to transparency when sirens are heard takes a good while to kick in. It could be made faster

The new Buds 3pro are amazing and they easily connect to all of my Samsung TV's my Galaxy Phone, and my laptop. This is fantastic.

I used to listen to music and play games; it's really joyful. Since I have them, I feel like I can't use my cellphone without them.

Just purchased the product and found it was easy to pair with phone and configure. The features, look and feel of the product is good and as expected, however the sound quality just didn't quite hit the mark. Its hard to describe it, but I would say that the sound lacked depth, felt somewhat flat and tinny. The digital sound enhancements created a large space feeling and sounded processed. I think for someone who might have sound quality on the bottom of their priority list, this product will still hit the mark. All around I think it's still a solid product, but the features weren't enough for me to consider keeping since sound quality is top on the list for me. TLDR: Features are great; sound was okay.

Better sound, ear fit, noise cancelling software, and voice controls! The Galaxy AI features along with the upgrades versus the previous version make these the best android earbuds... truly a step up and a no brainer purchase for anyone within the Samsung ecosystem! Highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They have been great so far, the sound cancelation has been nice and the sound amplification mod where it amplifying the sourounding noises is very nice to use. Being able to listen to your own music while being able to hear the sounding is very amazing, and theres no buzzes or other sounds, so you only hear the outside noise with your own music.

These are reliable and work in loud environments. Plus they work instantly Redesigned touch controls: More precise and easier to use than the previous generation. Galaxy AI: This is still a work in progress but I can definitely see it being very useful in the future with its real time translation, just don't expect too much of it currently.
