Only problem I have is after a few months of having them the case every once in awhile will say earbuds stop charging notifications to my phone. I really take good care of my earbuds. Have hard case to protect them. So I check them and clean charging prongs...not dirty. So it's good for a little while and goes back to not charging. Very irritating. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality was very open, very loud, and a lot different than the previous Galaxy buds. The bass isn't as deep in my opinion as the previous versions but still sounds very good with EDM and hip hop. The bugs are the problematic thing about these pair of galaxy buds. Anytime I have a high pitch sound, an ambient mode, I honestly think I might become def because it does not block it at all. In some ways I actually think it tries to increase the volume through ambient sound when hiring a high pitch noise like droppinga plate. if you drop one a plate, a very high pitch sound will not shut off every time you put them back in unless you put them in the case and close the lid. I almost gave it three stars because they also just dropped the price to 150 or less on Amazon prime, so not very happy after paying 250+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy Buds3. Huge upgrade from the first ever Galaxy Buds. Biggest perk I love is that I don't need to take the buds out to talk to people and the fact that I can hear myself too is awesome. The audio eraser feature is nice.

High level active noise canceling capabilities, seamless actions across apps, 360 head tracking, customizable controls, hands free voice controls, and a great fit are just some of the feature that combine to give the user an outstanding experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from the galaxy buds2 pro, the latest galaxy buds3 pro is definitely worth the upgrade. The feel, the fit, the sound is all worth it. The only small thing I have is when I try to put the earbuds in my ear, I hear a high squeak (that's probably due to the new ear tips they added), but it rarely bothers me. Just something I've noticed when putting them on sometimes. I have to say the biggest push was the mic. The mic is so good compared to the last generation. Very impressed with this latest version.

The worst noise canceling you will ever experience on a set of headphones. It's non-existent it's better to have noise canceling turned off you'll hear less noise. Noise canceling literally amplifies things. When you're walking you can hear your feet on the floor better with noise canceling on then you can with the headphones in off. I didn't think I drug my feet and I don't I can just hear them with noise canceling on. And you'll get all kinds of crazy pops and clicks and snaps and whips and constant white noise The white noise never stops. You'll think you're crazy if you have noise canceling on The sounds will just be throwing you off. I constantly cycle through the sound settings when I have noise canceling on because I think that it's in active amplifying mode but it's not it's just bad noise canceling. It's so bad. I just never heard the fan in the bathroom until I walked into the bathroom with the noise canceling on and all of a sudden it's like there's a b in my ear. I can't say enough about how bad these are. I tried using them while mowing the lawn and weed whacking and weed whacking was an extremely bad idea every time the weed wacker hits something it sounds like you're taking gunshots in your ears. The popping over and over is like firecrackers. I swear I've heard a conversation through a wall in a shop with noise canceling on. Couldn't tell exactly what they were saying but I could tell they were having a conversation. When I take the headphones out of my ears I couldn't even tell they were having a conversation. But I could tell they were having a conversation with noise canceling on because noise canceling was giving me a counter noise to their voice that sounded like their voice but it was not their voice it was just a weird noise to counter their voice that really wasn't very loud behind that wall.

My personal experience with the new version after having used Galaxy Buds2 Pro in the past, was not as positive. The fit (for my ears) feels better with previous version and the sound quality is not as sharp, perhaps because the fit of Buds3 is not ideal for me. The taping commands are not innovative or extra; in my opinion, it's lacking. Personal request to Samsung, keep your original style, no need to look like the competitors. Round lilac buds are aesthetic (to my eyes) and much preferred by my ears.

However, locating the device remains a challenge. Unlike competitors that allow you to track individual earbuds or the case, Samsung’s tracking options are limited. If the device is lost or stolen, there’s no reliable way to locate or lock it.
