Really good sound quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro for a few weeks now, and they’ve quickly become my go-to earbuds. The new stem design feels much more stable than previous Galaxy Buds, and while it took a little experimenting to get the right fit, once they’re seated, they’re comfortable even during long listening sessions. Build quality is solid, and the IP57 rating gives me peace of mind when I’m working out or caught in the rain. Sound quality is where these buds really shine. With the dual drivers, music comes through crisp and layered—bass feels full without drowning out vocals, and highs are clean without being harsh. Pairing them with my Galaxy phone unlocks the high-res audio, and I can honestly hear the difference compared to older models. The Galaxy AI features are what surprised me most. Adaptive EQ and ANC actually adjust on the fly depending on where I am—whether I’m at the gym or in a coffee shop, the sound feels balanced. I also tried the real-time translation through Galaxy AI, and it worked impressively well during a short conversation with a friend who speaks Spanish. That kind of integration makes the Buds 3 Pro feel more than just earbuds—they feel like smart companions. Battery life could be better. I get about 6 hours with ANC on, which is fine for daily use, but not standout. The pinch controls are also a bit sensitive at first, but after a few days, I got used to them. Overall, the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro deliver excellent sound and great galaxy AI features
Premium Sound and Smart Features with Galaxy Al
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds3 Pro have exceeded all my expectations. The sound is crystal clear, with deep bass and noise cancellation that lets me focus even in very noisy places. What I love most is how seamlessly they integrate with my Samsung phone and Galaxy Al technology, which optimizes audio based on my environment and gives me personalized recommendations to enjoy my music and calls even more. I use them for everything: listening to music and podcasts while working, making video calls with excellent voice quality, watching movies with immersive sound, and even following sports broadcasts without interruptions. The battery life is amazing, and fast charging is a lifesaver. On top of that, the design is sleek and comfortable, perfect for wearing for hours without any discomfort. Without a doubt, they are the ideal companion for any Samsung user who wants the best in sound and smart features.
Bud issue
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product sound is great. The only issue/problem I have with the buds is that it won't stay longer on ears every 2 minutes. You will need to adjust them back into your ears. If only they can fixed the slip part I think it should be fine. Not me having to buy an Anti-slip ear cover for it. Fix the slip Sound quality is good Love the features
Great new features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from some cheap earbuds to Galaxy buds and its a night and day difference. Using Galaxy AI to help translate conversations at local markets is a huge deal. Battery life is amazing they make it through a whole work day and workout in the evenings and can go about a week before the case needs charged. Active noise canceling is fantastic for busy areas or when you dont want to be bothered. The touch controls are very responsive once you learn how to use them.
Great sound and secondary use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the bud pros with galaxy Ai interpreter traveling Europe and was able to communicate with Italians, French, Croatian, Spaniards, Turkish and Egypt. They were also great for nosie cancelling while on the plane traveling. They were also great with Google maps for directions while wondering different countries cities walking and public transportation.
Premium Sound and Smart Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After several weeks with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, I'm impressed by how well they balance high-fidelity audio, smart features, and everyday usability. The sound quality is rich and dynamic, boasting punchy bass, clear mids, and crisp highs, so they stand shoulder-to-shoulder with top-tier earbuds like the Sennheiser Momentum TW 4 and Technics AZ80. Noise cancellation and passive isolation work well, especially against low-frequency sounds like city hum or airplane engines. While the ANC isn’t the absolute best in its class, it’s very effective in most real-world scenarios. Transparency mode is equally strong, offering natural ambient sound when needed. Comfort is a highlight, lightweight buds, secure fit, and an IP57 rating mean you can use them through long days or workouts with confidence. The nine-band EQ and 360° spatial audio effectively let you customize sound to your taste, particularly when plugged into a Samsung device. Innovative controls elevate the experience: stem pinch gestures for playback and noise control, slide volume control, and responsive voice commands like “volume up” or “next song” without needing a wake phrase. The microphone performance deserves praise too, clear voice capture during calls or meetings, with AI-powered enhancements that improve clarity. Battery life on the buds lasts around 5–6 hours per charge (depending on ANC use), with the case boosting total playtime to about 30 hours.
Love the Buds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the BudsPro 3. Only issue is have found is that they do not like moisture. Was wearing them while I was power washing the house and my car and my ears got sweaty. Took awhile for them to dry out so I could recharge them. I have not used Galaxy AI.
Charging doesn't always work.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The charging port in the bud case is loose and doesn't always charge the ear buds unless the power cord is plugged in. Ear buds don't lay flat there for the charge is always interrupted by the slightest movement. I think the charging would benefit more if they actually sat secure and snug instead of loose!
Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! We noted your concerns regarding the charging challenges with your earbuds. Typically, the buds case should only need charging to charge the buds if the case is completely drained. We recommend checking the charging contacts for any debris or damage, as this can sometimes affect performance. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. If you continue to experience difficulties after this, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. We’re here to help and can assist further to ensure your buds are working perfectly. -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10000013/#samsung-earbuds-dont-charge smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
Great sound quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI could be more useful after future updates. Theres nothing I will regularly use them for now. Sound quality and noise canceling is really good quality. Bass could be stronger but definitely not disappointed at all.
A major upgrade from its predecessors
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am using Galaxy buds from Generation 1 and upgrading with every release. I like the new design, its stability, sound quality. The way Galaxy AI detect surroundings and adjust its noise cancelation is phenomenal. I remeber an incidence when I was enjoying my music and waking on walkway... all noises from road was canceled out... suddenly I heard just an ambulance siren... wow.. this was super cool to me. I like how the sound get adjusted based on environment, and when I talk. I also have tried Galaxy AI feature for languages. It works like magic. Everything is good with this earbud but yes... there is always room for improvement. The touch is very sensitive, sometimes when I touch it to adjust in ear, the call gets disconnected. I am missing the lavender color which was very nice and standout in bud pro2.
