[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had the buds pro3 for 10 months now and they were an absolute DREAM... for the first 7-8 months. I started getting a loud squeal every 3 or 4 seconds if ANC or pass thru was enabled which was... disappointing to say the least for what they're charging.. and, speaking of charging... after about another month, the right bud just.. stopped charging. I could get thru without any or pass thru but losing a whole bud hurt too much to overlook. To their credit, Samsung Support did well by me. After reaching out and a brief interaction with AI, I was greeted by an actual person and they set me up to send them in for a repair/replacement. Ive yet to receive them back but I have no reason to doubt they will be in anything less than peak performance condition. Overall, GREAT headphones with a big BUT my pair started giving out riiiight before my warranty was up.... which raises some red flags for me on their build, especially for the cost. Get em if you want quality buds and have a bit of disposable income or can get em on an installment plan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the airpods pro 2 before these and these sound great with high highs , low lows and good mids the airpods were better for things such as audio books but I highly prefer the Galaxy buds 3 Pros for music or for work or for just general voice dictation. They do feel a bit bigger in my ears than the airpods did but after about a day I didn't notice it anymore they were great 5/5 stars .

I use them often for video calls and the sound quality is clear. I do hear an ear piercing screech when the buds are touched while in my ears, which unfortunately happens often as they refuse to stay in my ears, regardless of which tips I use. I would not wear these to exercise in as the movement would ensure that they fell out of my ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the features of these buds I am not an audiophile but they sound amazing to me mic works well I have never gotten a complaint that someone could not hear me and I talk soft. My only complaint is the fit I am constantly having to readjust them in my ear or they'll fall out whether it's chewing walking even making minor body shifts while sitting. They are decently comfortable for a few hours after that my ears start to hurt. Overall I love samsung but these buds due to the fit are a bit of a miss to me I prefer the old style with wing clips but have gotten used to the style of these.

Before I even mention about the fit, these earbuds sound AMAZING. Every review ive looked at on these compare them to airpods, and every review commented on how much better these sound than airpods. Ive never used airpods but I will say these sound so much better than any earbuds I've owned in the past. Using these paired with a samsung phone is so seamless and all the featured packed into these is great. The noise cancellation and awareness modes are both fantastic too! Above everything else, the absolute most important to me in earbuds is how they fit in my ears. One thing ive struggled with my entire life with earbuds is not a SINGLE PAIR ive ever owned has comfortably sat in my ear. I have small/narrow ear canals and these fit absolutely perfect to the point it feels like I dont have anything in my ear!!! Ive never experienced this comfortable of a fit and genuinely im shook! The fit of these is subjective to each individual person but seriously if you have small ear canals these fit great!

But there are two things that bother me, first of all that the battery seem to last little, especially while I am using them for games. The other thing is that after 1 month and the guarantee the headset started making strange noises in certain tones of songs, I know that it is a problem of the headset because I tested on the audio output of my device and tested on another device too, I always use the sound at most up to half the bar, I have a relatively great care with my things since I have never broken any device, I have had tablet from Samsung, J1, J7DUO and now I have S24+, I have always liked these devices very much. About Galaxy AI I have used a lot, mainly doing circulating translations and also research, I have already used the translator of lectures in churches and this could have an improvement since sometimes the translator understands wrong words and also speaks slowly. Sorry for any writing mistakes, I had to use a translator.
