First, check that the charging pins in the case are clean and free from debris, as this can impact connectivity. Make sure the earbud is seated snugly in the case for proper alignment. It's also a good idea to verify the battery level of the charging case by looking at the LED indicator. If these tips don’t resolve the situation, consider resetting your earbuds through the Galaxy Wearable app, where you can also check for any software updates available.
