Lovely Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 pro are a sleek step up from the previous models, especially if you're already using a Samsung phone,. They have clear audio, strong bass, solid noise canceling. Voices come through crisp, and they block out background sounds like fans or chatter. Comfort wise, they fit snugly and are super light, which makes them good for long wear. You can tap the buds to control music, answer calls or switch noise-canceling on/off. It takes a little time to learn but it works well. Solid choice for everything, from zoom calls to late night playlists.

Rich, deep sound with a great battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a a nice upgrade from my FE's which I really liked. I love that Samsung brought back the wireless charging capability on these. Now I can use my s24 Ultra to charge them without hunting down a cable. The sound is amazing with deep, rich bass and bring an immersive sound experience when streaming movies.

Not Samsung's greatest offering

Not great. Every time I'm on a call with them the party on the other side of the call says that I sound like I'm far away even though the buds are connected and noise cancelling is off. Also, when I pull one out of my ear it makes a loud screeching noise. The case stopped charging wirelessly for about a month, still charged by the cord and then suddenly it started working again with no changes to wireless charger. Must have been a firmware update issue.

These buds may look cool but they are horrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing some OG Galaxy buds for years but my daughter and I decided to upgrade when the new buds 3 pro came out because they seem to have wonderful features. Well they aren't the best. No matter what ear tip I use they just don't stay in well. So, wearing them well I exercise is a big fat no because the second I start sweating they fall right out of my ears and from that point on they have to go in my bag because they refuse to stay in while I'm perspiring. The next big problem is the fact that they consistently don't charge. You think they're charging until you get the notice that they stopped charging. I have to wipe them out with a q-tip which sometimes helps but I shouldn't have to do maintenance every single day with a freaking q-tip and alcohol. I wore my old Galaxy buds and I probably cleaned them twice in 5 years lmao. I am terribly unhappy with these earbuds and I wish I had my old ones back 😓

We do see that you have some concerns about the fit and battery charging. It sounds like you've already tried different ear tips for a better fit, which is great. To help with that further, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You’ll see an “L” for the left bud and an “R” for the right. Make sure you insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the bud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the fit by rotating them forward and backward until it feels just right. Don’t forget to run the earbud fit test to ensure everything is set up perfectly! Regarding the charging, we're attaching a link for additional troubleshooting options that should help resolve this. We understand that this can be frustrating and we hope this helps. High quality music and phone calls

Excellent sound

They are very good at picking up the command like "Hey Google", so you can easily make a phone call or send a message. Overall, very luxurious experience.

Wireless Charging Broken

The Buds are okay, providing the expected sound quality. However, wireless charging, using Samsung's own wireless charger, is completely broken. The odd shaped case will not make firm enough contact to charge. This is an unnecessary step back and a huge disappointment.

Most advanced buds yet, still lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are amazing. They work with my S25U and Galaxy AI as well as my Watch Ultra. Major downside is that they give feedback often and will screech under certain conditions. I use them for working out, phone calls while driving, watching things while working or talking with family, and a ton of other situations. They are the best yet, but still have room to grow.

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro have amazing sound quality.

I often use them whenever because you don't need to have both of them on to get the best experience. It has different settings like ambient sound, active noise canceling, and adaptive. They have gone through rough times, yet they still work perfectly.

Wouldn't recomend

Everytime I workout no matter how much or how little any bit of moisture touches the left earbud and it will not charge. I have to leave it out the case for a few hours before the case will accept it and charge it. Very annoying
