Sometimes I have to remove and reinsert ear buds into charging case before they start charging. Waterproofing could be better. I use these daily to workout and the right earbud has high-pitched tick in the sound from sweating.

However, the case is extremely sensitive and will sometimes send 0% battery notifications when fully charged. In addition, the buds sometimes don't charge unless I tape the lid tightly shut. The equalizer and pre-set sound options paired with the 360 sound is a great combination for tuning for the right sound that im looking for and the bass is just as loud and powerful as some of the large 'over ther ear' headphones . The voice command feature was a genius idea!I don't have to fumble with my phone or fiddle with my watch when someone wants to talk to me while im listening to music. I think it's pretty cool that I can say " stop music" to have a conversation! The multiple microphones are a dream when in adaptive mode! Haven't had the opportunity to use the translator yet but im looking forward to that experience.

However, there is not way to mute your buds without doing it manually from the device itself for something that is a pro device, I would think that there should be just a simple gesture you could press to make it mute. All my other expensive buds/ headphones can do that but not this one. Not only that but often times one of the buds does not charge because it doesn't have a great connection in the case. I have to make sure the bottom of the buds is wiped before I put it in the case to ensure charging. Honestly I don't think I'd buy these again knowing all the issues I've had with them. They however, have great battery life.
