Not great. Every time I'm on a call with them the party on the other side of the call says that I sound like I'm far away even though the buds are connected and noise cancelling is off. Also, when I pull one out of my ear it makes a loud screeching noise. The case stopped charging wirelessly for about a month, still charged by the cord and then suddenly it started working again with no changes to wireless charger. Must have been a firmware update issue.

Another feature I enjoy is the Galaxy AI feature, being able to just speak to my earphones and asking a question, and it gives me the relevant i formation needed on the go is also amazing! All in all I would recommend these to anyone.

The dual drivers deliver crisp highs, deep bass, and rich mids without distortion, even at high volumes. Whether I'm on calls, watching movies, or streaming music, the audio feels immersive and premium. The real standout is Samsung AI. The adaptive EQ actually adjusts to how the buds fit in your ears, and the live translate feature blew me away during a recent work call. The active noise canceling (ANC) is strong—cuts out most background noise—and the ambient mode is perfect when I need to stay aware of my surroundings. Battery life is solid, too. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I listen to my music loud, and when theres alarms going off or poeple trying to talk its a hassle to turn down th volume or remove your buds. For this reason, I love the incorporation of Ai to listening to audio voice commands; Especially its ability recognize speaking inviornments to enable ambiance without any manual touch. In the work place and home, I dont have to worry about alarms or other people getting my attention because the buds pick up the voice on their own and emphasizes their volume. this keeping both in the music and in the real world.

The sound quality is good but is not worth the headache that comes with the battery life on these things. I have had every generation of Samsung pro earbuds and these ones have to have A HALF TO A THIRD of the 2nd generation pro earbuds. Why not just charge the case you say? And that's a great point.... as long as you never ever unplug the case. You know that old laptop you had that would run out of power and die 5 mins after you unplugged it from the charger? That's exactly how this case feels. 2 nights ago I charged my case up to full. Yesterday, I use the right earbud at work for about 4 hours and it dies. Okay, whatever. I put it in the charge and use the left earbud to finish up the last 4 hours of work (yes, they will not last you an entire work day) After work, I don't really think about them and leave them in the case all afternoon. That same night, I went to use them on my PC only to find that the right earbud charged about 18% and the left one had not charged at all. The case doesn't even give ONE FULL CHARGE OF EACH EARBUD.
