Good Sound Quality with Technical Issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earphones have decent sound quality and active noise cancelling but have technical issues, such as a tendency to fall out of the ear and to emit a high pitched screech with interference. I don't recommend purchasing this product.

The high-pitched sound may be caused by the sub-microphone located on the top outer edge of the earbud. If this area is covered while inserting, removing, or adjusting the earbuds, it can trigger a loud screech. Keeping the microphone clear will enhance your listening experience. Regarding fit, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sizes of ear tips. It's important to ensure you are using the right size for your ears to prevent sound leaks and achieve optimal audio quality. To check if you have the correct tips, follow these steps: 1. Look for directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds, labeled "L" for left and "R" for right. 2. Insert the right earbud ("R") into your right ear with the "R" facing you. 3. Insert the left earbud ("L") into your left ear with the "L" facing you. 4. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphones on the bottom are pointing towards your mouth, rather than straight down. 5. Great New Earbuds!
These new earbuds are beautiful! They tell you when the fit is good! I have not learned everything about them yet, but they are definitely a step up from the older ones! I would definitely upgrading to these new earbuds. They feel more secure in your ears with the design, as well. I own 8-10 Samsung products and no disappointment in any of them. I am absolutely a Samsung diehard fan, and this started with my very first Samsung phone. If you buy these, I don't think you will be disappointed either. I am not an expert in all things earbuds, but i like the quality of sound, sleek new look; and bonus, I got a great deal trading in my old earbuds. What's not to like? I've only had them for a couple of weeks, so haven't used them much, but I plan on pairing them with my desktop and taking a test drive. Take care, Samsung lovers!

I like the design of the new case. Noise canceling has gotten much better. But adaptive mode has some issues, while it seems to work well swapping to noise canceling. Some noises create a really loud pop that is kinda painful. I give it 5 stars because I love Samsung products.

Bad Fit for Long Term Wear
After wearing these for 2 hours, the buds made my ears sore. I also didn't like the new touch settings. The swiping up and down along the bar and applying enough pressure is nearly impossible to achieve one-handed. I immediately returned mine and continue to wear the Buds2 Pro.

Wearing your Buds3 Pros improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. Love the crystal clear sound quality, both when I'm listening to music and when I'm talking to my friends. I made a video walking home at night for a friend and right away she commented on the ambiance of sound - she could even hear the cicadas buzzing in the back (though tbf those guys are pretty loud, LOL) while the overall quality of sound still prioritized my speaking voice, even when my phone was held at a good distance from me. I apologize, I don't know much tech speak, but the difference from the buds2 to the buds3 is palpable and I have no regrets.

Amazing Product
I purchased this product to try with the purchase of my new phone. Instructions for set up and use are clear. This style of ear piece differs from previous products I have used so it took some time to get familiar with the product to operate with ease. Selecting the correct bud cover took several trials with the three different sizes. I believe if the directions on how and where to specifically position the bud in the ear were more descriptive, it would make the adaptation to the product more seamless. Using each bud to answer/end calls and adjust volume is not the simplest to use but I am learning. The charging case is a bonus and easy to transport. The most outstanding feature of this product is the noise canceling feature! The person I am on the phone with does not hear any background sounds! I tested this feature next to a loud chiming clock while speaking on the phone and they could not hear any sound. Amazing! I highly recommend this product for what it does if it is a good fit for the buyer's ear. (Note this review is provided after using product for 3 weeks. I look forward to continuing to use all the features more quickly.)

And overall they good I just have one problem with them and they had a rattling snow like static and when the volume is all the way up I thought I changed it from Ambient sound noise cancellation and automatic and it does the same in every mood I do not know what's that from and he didn't update or is they damage that's why I gave him a four-star
Great sound but..

From podcasts & music to audio books and the noise canceling is pretty spot on. My only grow is that the boss randomly disconnect from my phone (S25 ultra & the main device I use them with) and sometimes won't reconnect until I put them back into the case to rest them. Other than that they do what I want then to do.

Amazing Ear Buds!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buds3 Pro is absolutely amazing, it has great, clear sound coming out of it. It is so comfortable that I'll forget its in my ear. Talking to the Galaxy AI is a breeze and I dont have to use my hands, its like talking to another person. People I talk to on the phone can't tell the difference if I have them in or not. The App for the Buds3 Pro is super user friendly, it also has great perks, like you can ask it to locate one of your Buds3 Pro and it will show you on a map where it was last located and will play an alarm that makes it super easy to use, which I use constantly. They go with my everywhere, I have them in when I'm at home, doing chores, out shopping, exercising, on the plane, where ever I want. The noise cancelation feature is a life saver and works really well for when I'm cutting the grass. 10 out 10, highly recommend!
