Check that each earbud is oriented correctly and fitted properly in the right ear. If necessary, switch out the tips for a better fit to reduce audio leaks. Verify your device's volume level and increase it on your phone if needed, using the Volume up button. If the volume is maxed but sound remains low, it’s probably because the phone and earbuds have separate volume controls.
