I have a very small ear and they fall out. I changed the pads but it's the same thing. They fall out and hurt my ear if I use them for a long time because I'm constantly pushing them in so they don't fall out.

I would rate these Buds 5 stars if the stem controls were easier to comprehend/implement. Sound quality is top notch. I'm still working on that "perfect fit", but these are better than the previous model just returned. keep evolving...

Wayyy more comfortable and stable than previous designs. The pinch gestures took some time to get used to, but now I like it and accidentally touches are virtually nonexistent now.

Solid ear buds. They easily connect to many devices. They feel good in hand. They do tend to fall out of my ear when wearing too long but that has not deterred me from wearing them.

I pre ordered the buds 3 pro. Build and quality is sub par. The blade light is not same brightness. The seam is not perfect. However, overall sound quality is good. Better than the buds 2 pro I traded in.

First of all let me say I am a faithful SAMSUNG user and that these are the best fitting and sounding ear buds that I've EVER used! I give them 5 stars hands down!!!

So far I've loved these new galaxy buds, I haven't had the issue if the ear tips breaking. sound quality is amazing and so is the noise canceling feature. I hope to use these for a long time.

My favorite Samsung ear buds yet. The ambient (pass-through) sound is clear and doesn’t sound tinny compared to previous attempts. Noise canceling works great. I use them daily and I am very happy with them. No major complaints.
