After using the Bud pro2 I switched to the Bud pro3 and I couldn't. I bought them 3 times and 3 times they came with a faulty charge, incredible and frustrating... I ended up buying the Google Pixel...

I love it but when I open the case and grab the buds to pull them out they tend to slip my grip. For the next generation, consider making the shape less sharp or more grippy.

As a longtime galaxy buds user, these are easily the best. They are surprisingly comfortable in the ear, and they are very secure. Sound quality is elite.

They are smaller than my last ear buds and don't fall out as much. The smaller case fits in my pocket easier. They have great noise canceling ability. This is nice when I am flying.
