When changing the ear tips on your Galaxy Buds3 Pro or Buds3 FE, make sure to choose the tips that fit your ears, and change them properly using the steps below. Be careful when handling the tips, and avoid using your fingernails to pull them off, as they may tear. If necessary, please reach out to Samsung Support for replacements. If you're not staying connected to your Galaxy Notebook but Bluetooth is on, you are in range, and your buds are still disconnecting, one common solution is to ensure your software is up to date on both your earbuds and notebook.
