This doesn't stay in the ear. Tried all three sizes and says poor fit. The small size end broke off had to pry out.

With the charging case, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro offers up to 30 hours of listening time, allowing you to enjoy your music without interruption. If your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, it could be the earbuds, the charging case, or the charger. Start by using the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter to ensure proper charging. For wireless charging, make sure the case is centered on the charging pad and is free from covers that may interfere. Check that the earbuds are properly seated in the case and that the charging contacts are clean. Inspect the earbud tips for correct installation and check the indicator lights; a flashing red light could indicate a problem. If the case or earbuds are damaged, you’ll need replacements.
