To achieve optimal audio performance, make sure you have the right size ear tips for your ears. The earbuds come with different-sized tips, and they must fit snugly without any gaps between your ear and the ear tip to prevent sound leaks. If you need guidance on changing the tips, please refer to our guide. Once you have the correct tips, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks—the "L" for left and "R" for right.
