One big bug that remains and hasn't been addressed is thier mic doesn't work on windows laptos especially with zoom. So I have to carry a set of wired earphones just for my work meetings

This is my second Buds3 plus . They are difficult to find when you search for them if they die on you and you leave them behind that's it they are lost no way to find it and cannot do updates without both of them being together. Since Im only using one side because I lost both right side of my earbuds now my left side have a uncomfortable pain and I have to missed used them on the right side when I really need to use headphones.

But the best thing i love about theses buds is the battery life and the sound quality which is very good compared to other brands in this price range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Galaxy Buds for a long time (since the first version), and I have to say there is not how to go wrong with the Buds3 Pro. The design is modern, beautiful, and anatomic as it should. The fit depends on the user's ear anatomy, so no brand will suit everyone. I'll stick to the features and daily usage. The battery lasts really long, and I use it a lot throughout the day (training, walking, working, studying, cooking..). The calls are pretty good handled by the Buds3 Pro, and the sound quality (music, games, movies, etc.) is perfect, and I hear a lot of electronic music, so the sound quality makes a huge difference and it is notable.

However, there is not way to mute your buds without doing it manually from the device itself for something that is a pro device, I would think that there should be just a simple gesture you could press to make it mute. All my other expensive buds/ headphones can do that but not this one. Not only that but often times one of the buds does not charge because it doesn't have a great connection in the case. I have to make sure the bottom of the buds is wiped before I put it in the case to ensure charging. Honestly I don't think I'd buy these again knowing all the issues I've had with them. They however, have great battery life.

I work in construction, and I wear them everyday, these things are pretty flawless. Being able to use the Galaxy Ai features is convenient, being able to ask a question without having to pull my phone out or press any buttons is incredibly nice. I would absolutely recommend these ear buds to anyone looking for a great pair to wear all the time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy AI is good and software however when it comes to fit my Galaxy Pro 2 is much better when I wear it I'm not feeling that it will fall out or when I'm eating. The Pro 3 AI features is not so good when I'm using where there is a lot of background noise I need to work very hard to try to pass music or play music it doesn't catch up my voice however when it comes to phone calls where there is a lot of background noise it it's very very good of blocking the background noise so I can talk on the phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is amazing. I like the excellent nois canceling i use this when I cut grass and I can barely hear my lawn mower running. They are also a comfortable fit they don't fall out my ear as much as other earbuds do. They got good features I like that I can just tell the earbuds when to answer a call or reject the call without picking up my phone. They got that nice slick case along with the led light on the earbuds. The charging for the case and the earbuds last for a couple of days.

The audio is crystal clear, comfortable to wear for those long work shifts and battery life is able to withstand those hours and more. 10/10 would recommend to all samsung product enjoyed
