I genuinely love the new ear buds the ambient audio is definitely the big improvement for me it's so much more clearer than the previous bud 2 pros. When someone is talking to me while it's I'm ambient mode I can understand them better even with music playing.

Same as previous versions. They stay in your ears better but the touch controls aren't as easy to use. Sound quality is good. The Buds 2 were good but didn't stay in your ears as well as these do. Also these aren't as conspicuous so I can't use them at work as much.

I love these Buds 3 Pro! A wonderful upgrade from the Buds 2 Pro's. It cuts out background noise so much better than the Buds 2 Pro and let's in automatically the things you need or want to hear. Great pair of earbuds. Love the pinch and swipe controls.

I use it a lot to speak with clients that don't speak English. I would recommend these for anyone who wants a total experience with sound quality and reliability.

The buds are very beautiful and stylish. The color is amazing and it's loud and sound proof is crazy on them. My only concern and reason I didn't keep them is because it doesn't fit my ear bud. It keeps falling off. I have the bean buds and they fit fine. But I absolutely love the look and sound proof on the buds.

An excellent product, but with some very minor inconveniences. The primary being an occasional whistling when in initially seating the buds in your ear. It sometimes happens when adjusting theme to. The others deal with instructions for the ear buds. Both online and paper documentation. For charging, there is no mention of wireless charging compatibility when they are compatible. The other is with connecting/pairing the ear buds. You must open the case and press the pairing button. Not just press the pairing button.

The auto translation has been my favorite feature as i myself have difficulty learning other languages. I love the product for its ease of use and jack of all trades appeal. With the use of galaxy ai i essentially have smart glasses without having to stare at a screen. They are sleek, comfortable, last more than enough time for my work days and provide some of the best soundquality i have ever experienced. Ive reccommended the product to all my family members and will be buying another pair for christmas as a present.

Sound is excellent, however the charging for them is completely unreliable. Case has a full charge but will only charge the ear bud you put in first every time, then when I go to use them 16 hours later the case is almost dead along with the ear bud. Did this from day one and I was hoping it was a software issue. Samsung did nothing to help me resolve the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since I got my device, I've always been using it, its battery life is crazy good, I could be on call for a long time with little change to the battery, best buds for galaxy ai of course, ambient mode is really good, you'll almost forget you even have earbuds on, the silent mode is pretty good, you can still hear higher frequencies, but its still good anyways, bass is amazing, and you can choose the equalization, extremely good i really recommend this product.

These ear buds are fantastic! The sound quality is great and the fit is really good. Also the noise cancelling is excellent. Battery life has been good and I love how seamlessly they pair with my S23 Ultra and Galaxy book. The only thing that I found did not perform well was the live translation. I traveled to Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg and it really had a hard time correctly translating what it heard. I'm hoping that will improve with software updates.
