THESE ARE GREAT BUDS, VERY COMFORTABLE AND HAVE A PRETTY SOLID SOUND STAGE FOR WHAT THEY ARE. ANC WORKS VERY WELL AND AUTO PASSTHROUGH WORKS BETTER THAN PREVIOUS MODELS. IM NOT A BIG FAN OF THE DANGLEDICK POKING OUTTA MY EAR THO. PINCH CONTROL WORKS WELL BUT ID PREFER THE TAP FROM THE BUDS2 PRO.

They’re lightweight, fit snugly, and I can wear them for hours without any ear fatigue. But after hearing these, especially with my music, I immediately heard a difference! And a difference in a really good way! I'm so satisfied! A little angry I waited so long. These are pretty nice and functionality related great. My issue is ever since I've had them they consistently smell like burnt plastic. Even after I've cleaned they and the case. The smell doesn't go away. I've read online that im not the only person with this issue. I've contacted Samsung and a ticket was submitted, I've yet to hear from anyone.

The audio is fine but the design of these ear buds is awful. I guess the fit is comfortable enough but every time I take them out and return them to the case I'm irritated by the design. Taking them out of case and putting in ear cannot be achieved in one motion. You've got to take them out and turn them around and because the stems are triangular, you can't even rotate them quickly with your fingers. It's just irritating. Battery has been good, pretty sure it lasted over a week with only 1-2 hours daily use. If they were easier to take out, put in ear and then return to case, I could have given the 5 stars, but as is, it's a very clunky motion and I just hate it--maybe it's just a me problem though.

Massive fan of the new direction the design went in. The new touch controls are amazing compared to the hold capacitive ones. Much prefer the new buttons. I have had zero accidental inputs. In ear fit is a very clear improvement over last gen. Passthrough mode is significantly better with these as well as audio quality. Couldnt recommend them more. Wouldn't kill you to hold off on the upgrade however I think they are well worth it. Would love to see more striking designs across the Samsung lineup.

Great upgrade from my previous earbuds. Samsung always delivers but these exceeded my expectations for sound quality and features. Best earbuds for gym just get the Elago straps for added support when running and it will deliver a unbelievable workout soundtrack.

I use them almost 8 hours a day during my work. The fit is great, and the sound is good. However, the build quality was much better on the Buds Pro 2. Another problem I've found is that my fingers are too big, and it's sometimes hard for me to change or pause songs because you have to use three fingers for those actions.

The product has good sound and works with everything i have done. the product box is missing the different ear sizer pieces and they do not stay in my ears for long periods of time they slowly work there way out other then that they are a good products for calls and music.

The buds fit perfectly in my ear and it comes with extra ear pieces, making it easy to find the perfect fit. The Galaxy Ai is also remarkable, the buds would adjust to my surroundings by increasing/decreasing the anc and volume.
