Noise cancellation blocks out most background hum, and the transparency mode feels natural when I need to hear my surroundings. The fit is comfortable for long use, and the case is compact and charges quickly. Touch controls are responsive without being overly sensitive. Battery life easily lasts through a workday of calls and music. Overall, a well-designed, reliable pair of earbuds.

It took a week or so to get adjusted to the ear buds. It would be nice if the extra ear pads were in a different colored box. I kept checking the box for them because I just couldn't believe they came without them and basically had to completely tear open every package within the package to find them. The buds were not connecting to my phone and a friend stated she had to literally unpair every current device from her phone (car,watch) in order for them to work. I tried it and it worked. If phone is paired to car and watch, car overrides all of them doesn't go to last device used. I have not figured out the controls yet to answer or hang up, skip songs and that's just because it's easier or me to just use the phone. Overall, sound is good and they are working as expected.

Nice sound for a variety of genres, and good noise reduction. They're fit is good and they are comfortable in the ears. My one complaint is that these buds are incredibly slippery in the hands making handling them a juggling act every time I pick them up.

Good earbuds overall. Honestly worth the buy for the redesign alone; they fit significantly better in my ear. Sound good. Awesome to be able to use buds without phone by swiping and pinching. However the right bud on my Buds3 Pro rings before music plays. It bugs me and it's actually a noticeable, high pitch sound that doesn't quit. Anyway, they are good other than that.

Overall really good. Good sound, people can hear me better during calls with reduced background noise. My only issue with them is that it does not feel natural placing them back in the case. Sometimes if I am rushing, it can prove to be difficult to do quickly.

The battery life is also excellent; I can go through a full day of work and still have plenty of charge left. The touch controls are intuitive, and the case is compact and easy to carry around. That being said, my biggest issue is that the earbuds just don’t stay in my ears very well. Even with the different ear tip sizes, they tend to slip out, especially when I’m moving around. This can get frustrating at times, especially since everything else about them is great. If Samsung could improve the fit or add more secure options for people with different ear shapes, these would be perfect. Until then, I’d say they’re still an excellent choice if comfort and staying power aren’t deal-breakers for you.

I've only used them a short time, but so far I am very unimpressed. The sound is muddy compared to my old Galaxy Buds (from 2019), and the fit is less secure. I may amend my review once I try the noise cancellation out on noisy streets and on a plane.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend to always loose my buds because they fall right outta my ears. With these I haven't lost one yet. I enjoyed the fact that they came with multiple extra buds so you can decide which size is best for you I love how they cancel out all outside noise giving the call or song a crisp, clean, vocals without any disturbance. These are by far my favorite pair of buds yet. Highly recommend you get yourself a pair!
