Every person I called while using these headphones said they couldn't hear me. The listening sound quality was great, and this was my 4th set of Samsung buds in the last 5-6 years so I'm a fan in general, but this version I had to return because the microphone(s) were awful

I can finally carry one set of headphones while traveling the US. These headphones are great at active noise cancellation. The sound is incredibly great! The buds are comfortable in my ears and stay put when I’m active. The touch controls are easy to use and voice commands are always ready to perform the provided task. Setup is flawless between different These are not major problems just annoyances The white mirrors the competitors a bit too much, I chose the silver which is not as annoying. WHY the heck can we not enable the LED lights form the app on the phone, why have I not been able to get the LED lights to come on. Make it easy and simple for us to chose how we want to drain our battery. With all that said these are the best earbuds I've used and I can confidently leave my very expensive over the ear headphones at home for everyday use and domestic travel. Overseas I would need at least 10 hours of uninterrupted audio to leave my other headphones at home. Still if you're considering buds... Get them!!!

The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro offer **fantastic sound quality** with a balanced audio profile. The **active noise cancellation (ANC)** works well to block out background noise, and the design is lightweight and comfortable for extended use. However, some features are exclusive

The eartips seal on the body of the earplugs when being pushed inside your ear and when air can make it again between the seal, they make a low and loud pop sound. The fit of the eartips of any size is also not great and I had to go for aftermarket tips. This poor fit is probably related to the pop that happens that loosens the tips from your ear and you end up having to push for an oversize with the extra pressure and discomforts that comes with it. Additionally, the ANC is fiddly and if you dont get the perfect fit it backs out very quckly. It is hard to get them to run consistently at the max ANC. Finally, When you are in a loud ish enviroment and the ANC is fighting it, the ANC introduces a high frequency hiss sounds that is annoying and can get very distracting. They are fantasticly loaded with features and fantastic sound. I just feel like the ANC is trying too hard and becomes annoying.

The sound quality on these is incredible when paired with a Galaxy device. Have not tried it with something else but I wouldn't recommend it as it only has AAC Bluetooth codec connectivity. I really have to say I have a lot of different headphones and the dual driver tech on these definitely works and was noticeable compared to some of my other high-end true wireless earbuds. Can't wait to see what the next gen after this has as far as audio quality. Definitely a home run!

Hi, I received this product, a month ago and I have used it daily, checking all the specifications. So far, quality is good. Particularly now that I have the complete samsung ecosystem. Now, Why only 2 stars? I have noticed, Both buds are in 100% but after 4 hours playback it then gets lowbattery to 15%. As what I know it should have a 6 hour span and I am not even using noise cancellation. It's really annoying that sometimes I get interrupted listening just because it goes low battery pretty fast. I do understand this is brand new. My question, is there a way that I can swap my buds for another one? Just to check if there is a difference. I hope you guys understand.

Great buds! I really enjoy the sound quality and all the functions. The only issue is with the tips. They are hard to remove. Mine now have small tears in them that is disappointing considering the price I paid. I have no regrets. It would be 5 stars if it wasn't for this near flawless execution of delivering the perfect ear buds.

These things are awsome! Perfect upgrade from the Buds 2 Pro's. They stay in your ears and the sound quality is awsome. The sound profiles are great and Voice Control is an extra added bonus. I was worried about how well the noise cancellation feature would work with this new designs but it's absolutely awesome and works flawlessly. Also, the fact that it has an Adaptive sound profile where it cancels out regular noise , but switches to Ambient sound when loud sounds like emergency Sirens are near you make them all the more better. Im glad I upgraded to them! Good job Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had owned the buds 2 previously and well I enjoyed the sound the fit didn't fit my needs. This pro 3 fit amazing gym work sleeping doesn't matter they stay put. I also love the light bar I tend to put things down and lose track of stuff easily. The light bar helps to spot them especially on my messy study desk. 10/10

These are my favorite earbuds I have ever tried so far. I think the blades design is a nice touch as well. UHQ sounds really good with Tidal and using USB Audio player pro to bypass android audio. I still think dynamic might be the best eq as well, but I appreciate giving us a custom eq option. Maybe we could get 2 custom present options with a firmware update in a year or so? Either way, thanks everyone! I love these
