When I initially started using them, I would ask whoever I was talking to how I sounded, and no one could tell I was using earbuds. I use them a lot while doing yard work, as the ANC works so well, I no longer need to wear my muffs. The galaxy ai makes things even easier to transition to talk while still using noise canceling feature. They fit great but slip when a little wet a new set of anti slip rubber fitting would be a game changer on this product. A little work needs to be done on the phone call ide because it echos sometimes and people complain they can really hear me. Also the volume isn't as good as I expected to be they need better bass and need to be twice as loud. Other than that there great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchased my Buds, they were extremely easy to setup. I was pleasantly surprised by the touch controls and how intuitive the function is. The pinch function I use most is the Galaxy AI Interpreter feature which comes in handy in a bilingual city. The sound quality is really good and they have good ANC.. I enjoy how the case snaps shut and my fingers have never once gotten pinched. The case fits comfortably in my hands. The buds almost never fall out of my ears, as well. But I do have a couple of issues with them. The battery life seems have significantly weakened since I purchased them. Another thing is finding them in the Samsung Find app can be a hit or miss as they don't always ring even when charged.
