Your earbuds have several built-in commands to enhance your experience when connected to a phone or tablet with the Galaxy Wearable app. With just a swipe or a quick tap, you can play music, skip songs, answer calls from a connected phone, and much more. You can also customize the touchpad commands for adjusting the volume, using voice commands, and enabling Ambient Sound. You can even launch Spotify on most Galaxy Buds models. If one or both of your Galaxy Buds are not charging or turning on, the concern could be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may lead to charging complications, and it's possible that the earbuds could be damaged. Since you have already tried fully charging the case, please check the earbuds for any signs of damage and consider restarting them as well. For further troubleshooting options, please refer to the link provided below. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support.
