When Active Noise Cancelling, Adaptive Sound, or Ambient Sound modes are enabled, the sound captured by the sub-microphone (located on the top outer edge of your earbuds) is adjusted based on the selected noise control mode and delivered to the user through the speaker. However, if you touch or cover the area around the sub-microphone while putting on or taking off your Galaxy Buds, or when adjusting them, the microphone may pick up noise and cause a beeping or howling sound. In some cases, resetting your earbuds may help resolve audio issues. To reset your earbuds, open the Galaxy Wearable app, navigate to Earbuds settings, and select "Reset."
