Big upgrade!
I got the opportunity to get these at a nice discount while buying my new Flip 7 and have to say these are quite the upgrade from the buds2 I had. They also stay in my ears way better and as of yet haven't had one fall out once. The sound is fantastic!!!

Do not buy until they fix them
They connect to bluetooth when not in use. I'm talking they are inside your pocket in the case they will connect and boot off other bluetooth devices. I've had them in my center console of my vehicle undisturbed and they will randomly connect overriding the bluetooth in my car. Incredibly frustrating user experience. They are brand new and thus they are clean. They also have the latest firmware update. After further research I found other users with same experience. If you can see past this glaring issue, they are decent headphones in terms of anc and other features, but lack security in terms of falling out of your ears (at least for me).

Could be better.
I purchased these as an autogift for Christmas but they keep popping out of my ears even after I changed the ear tips and preformed the test. If I bend over, chew gum or yawn, pop they're out! It has become so annoying and I'm scared 1 might fall into the toilet bowl or a cooking pan accidently. The audio quality is great and the noise canceling is wonderful. I've gotten used to the simple controls and the way they're "backwards" when sliding them back into the case to charge. Love that they're magnetic. Overall good buy and would recommend.

These buds do not fit snug in my ear, especially while chewing food or doing activities moving your head. Tried swapping out different size buds but not really a solution. Buds2 worked best for me. Would be nice if this model could translate different languages.
