[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are are a great upgrade from the previous Buds versions because of the automatic ambient sound features and the improved bass sound. These buds are easier to use because the volume can be increased or decreased by simply sliding my finger up or down on one of the buds and the pinch feature to pause/play or answer/hang up is also a great upgrade. I like the Active Noise Canceling setting because it can automatically turn on the ambient sound whenever a voice or siren is detected which is useful when listening to music at work and suddenly someone begins talking to you. I've used these buds for video call meetings and they are excellent at canceling outside noise so I can only hear the people in the meeting. The sound quality for music is also very good. The equalizer is very versatile and I can adjust it to make songs sound very rich. I never have any problem getting enough bass from these buds either. All in all these buds come very handy in my daily routines, especially at work. They're one of my favorite devices from Samsung.

I've used these earbuds for nearly a year and have several usability and design concerns that I'd like to share. First, since ear shapes vary, I had to purchase aftermarket ear fitments to keep the earbuds seated properly without frequently falling out. However, the charging case lid is extremely tight, and I have to remove the fitments every time I place the earbuds in the case to charge. This is inconvenient and suggests the case interior clearance and lid height should be increased to accommodate common fitments. Second, when I remove the earbuds and set them down, they do not appear to power down automatically. A built-in idle timer or auto shut-off feature would help conserve battery life and improve the overall user experience. Third, the charging indicator behavior is confusing. The current white light does not clearly communicate charging status. The LEDs should more clearly distinguish states—for example, showing red while charging and changing to a different color (such as blue) once fully charged—so users can quickly understand the charge status at a glance. Fourth, when I pick up both earbuds at once, there is often a piercing high-pitched feedback noise that is uncomfortable and distracting. This should be addressed through improved handling detection or feedback suppression. Additionally, there should be an option to power off the earbuds via a press-and-hold gesture while they are in use. Finally, the earbuds feel bulky in the ear and would benefit from a smaller, more ergonomic design. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you'd like more detail on any of the points above. I also love the Galaxy AI for its in the moment traslations for when im talking to someone and it makes conversations even better and easier for when im on the move or traveling. The ambient sound feature is also great for when i want to hear music/a call and still hear my surroundings or if someone tries talking to me. All in all amazing buy and deffently recommend.

Love that they are noise canceling as well as having adaptive sound so if someone is talking to you you can hear them and your music. Excellent sound quality. Sturdy vase, dont have to worry about it breaking ot the "lid" breaking off.

I am a diehard samsung user. I don't nor have i ever owned any other phone, smart watch, ear buds and so on. But these are by far the worst design samsung has made. They are very uncomfortable and hard to get to fit correctly in the ear. The want to slip out the whole time and have caused pressure sores in my ears. Please go back to the old design.

Then I sold my air pods pro and traded up to these Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Way better. I couldn't believe how amazing everything sounded, not just the music, but even my podcasts. Sure, some of the advanced features can make the battery drain like the gas tank of a H1 Hummer on streets of Detroit. But if if you are like me, you generally don't need to use for more than 3hrs at a time anyway. Also having Galaxy AI in your ear, is amazing. Like having a friend who knows everything when you need one. Sure, you make look a little crazy, but it's the 20's everyone is a little nuts anyway. So, in short if you are a true Audiophile. These are the buds for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are amazing. I love how easily I can control them just from the blades. I really like how I am able to turn the volume up or down with just sliding my finger. The ANC is really good as well. They work really well on long car trips or plane flights with keeping out noise. I use them at work quite often and it helps to reduce the noise in my workplace. My only problem with them is I am just not able to find a comfortable fit in my ear. Although they do stay in my ear and I dont have to worry about them falling out. I would definitely recommend these to all of the people I know that use Samsung.
