I use the delay timer all the time. You set the timer anywhere between 1-24 hours and your rice will be done whenever you want. Its simple to use but has many great features. You can cook low carb or regular white rice, brown rice, Quinoa, Beans, Steel cut Oats, Barley, Multi Grain or Wild rice all on 10 different easy to use presets. There is so much to talk about with this little space saving machine. There is a warming feature that will keep your food warm for up to 3 hours. It comes with a little spatula a measuring cup and a non toxic PFAS FREE bowl that is non stick and dishwasher safe. I cannot say enough good things about this rice cooker. I've been using the carb reducing settings, and I feel like the rice texture is even better than normal. Perfect size for an individual or a family! It's nice to have the option to cook more if needed.

I purchased this bistro rice cooker mainly so that I could make low-carb rice. The 1st batch was perfect and it was interesting to see what was collected on the metal insert. Second time I used it was for a party. I made 2 cups of rice (not low carb) and added the water to the appropriate line and it came out rather dry. I will modify it next time I make 2 cups of rice. But all things considered, I'm very satisfied with the cooker and will be using it often.

You just add the right amounts of uncooked rice and water and the cooker does the rest, no worries of burning the bottom. I first used it to make brown rice and was very pleased with the texture and taste. It was the perfectly soft texture and not gummy at all. The best part is that you get to eat your rice with less carbs which is an absolute dream!

I rinse my rice over 4x before cooking and it STILL caught over HALF a bowl of excess starch… let’s just say, the starch was escorted out peacefully lol. This reduces carbs by over 30% or more and that alone has my heart! Best of all, the rice was perfect, not mushy or slimy at all like my old rice cooker..RIP to that ol thing! can eat rice without the guilt spiral! That alone is a WIN! Bonus points: it’s not just a rice cooker, I’ve made beans, oatmeal and quinoa in it and EVERYTHING came out perfectly fluffy and cooked. The ONLY downside is the cook time—-it can take 45min-1 hour but honestly? WORTH IT! I’d rather wait a bit longer for cleaner, lighter rice that doesn’t make me feel blah afterwards. Love rice but hate the carb regret? This cooker is THAT GWORL!! ✅✨
