At one point it started spilling over and I followed the instructions to the t. The assembly was easy and I like the size.

The outside is perfectly designed to stay touchably cool. It's very lightweight and durable. The carb reduced rice came out PERFECTLY! I didn't adjust the settings at all. I just cooked my white rice exactly as instructed in the brochure. My family thoroughly envied it.

This rice cooker makes it easy to get perfectly cooked rice! It's quick and easy to set up and I love all of the features, especially the carb reducer feature. It's also super easy to clean which makes after dinner clean up a breeze. It's not too noisy and has worked well every time I've used it so far.

Aesthetic and fits well on my kitchen counter. The carb reducing feature is quite interesting. I used it to cook 1.5 cups of rice and think it's a unique concept. I know there are some studies about carb reducing rice cookers so I think it's worthwhile to try one like this. One small change in this product that I would suggest would be to put half tick marks (at 1.5, 2.5, etc) because when I was measuring to 1.5 for water it was a bit hard to eyeball where that point was. Very small change and I was still able to use the product just fine so not a big deal! I also was not sure if more water was supposed to collect after cooking with the low carb feature, as seen in my picture there wasn't much water collected. All in all, great versatile rice cooker with many options and unique features. Would recommend this for anyone wanting to reduce carbs while eating rice.

I feel that the lid is loose, therefore it has to exhaust steam. I like the functions it has. It is a very wide variety. It is not only for rice. I like the material of the product. It would be perfect if the lid closed. I love its functions and easy-to-use buttons.

I've used quite a few rice cookers over the years and this one stands out in both design and functionality. The graphite finish is sleek, modern and fits well in the countertop. While I can't measure exact carb percentages at home, I can say the rice comes out lighter and less sticky compared to a traditio am cooker. It has a cleaner texture and does not feel as heavy after eating. Also, the presets are extremely convenient and versatile. If I had to mention one drawback, it's that it's slightly larger than a basic rice cooker, so storage could be a consideration if you have limited cabinet space. Overall, this feels well built, thoughtfully designed and goes beyond basic rice cooking. I'd recommend to anyone who wants a simpler life without compromising on taste.

I purchased this bistro rice cooker mainly so that I could make low-carb rice. The 1st batch was perfect and it was interesting to see what was collected on the metal insert. Second time I used it was for a party. I made 2 cups of rice (not low carb) and added the water to the appropriate line and it came out rather dry. I will modify it next time I make 2 cups of rice. But all things considered, I'm very satisfied with the cooker and will be using it often.

I’ve been researching GreenPan cookware and saw this little rice cooker. I decided to try it out and am so glad I did. It makes absolutely perfect rice, fluffy, easy and quick. And clean up is a breeze. I can’t wait to try dried beans and oatmeal! So glad I took a chance on ordering - I can tell this is goi mg to be used several times a week!
