Great rice cooker!

Love this rice cooker! I bought this because my husband is a diabetic and we wanted the reduced carbs feature. We found it easy to use , cleans easily and was easy on his blood sugar so a win for us!

Happy with purchase

I did a lot of research before buying a rice/ grain cooker. I wanted a eco friendly machine. I have main brown rice and quinoa so far and both came out perfect. Happy with my purchase.

I really liked this rice cooker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this rice cooker. It looks small, but it’s not. You can make foof for you whole family. It cooks al kinds of rice, quinoa and beans. It’s very easy to use and much better for carbohydrate.

She drains. She cooks. She delivers!!✅😮‍💨🔥

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did NOT expect this to work as well as it does. I rinse my rice over 4x before cooking and it STILL caught over HALF a bowl of excess starch… let’s just say, the starch was escorted out peacefully lol. This reduces carbs by over 30% or more and that alone has my heart! Best of all, the rice was perfect, not mushy or slimy at all like my old rice cooker..RIP to that ol thing! can eat rice without the guilt spiral! That alone is a WIN! Bonus points: it’s not just a rice cooker, I’ve made beans, oatmeal and quinoa in it and EVERYTHING came out perfectly fluffy and cooked. The ONLY downside is the cook time—-it can take 45min-1 hour but honestly? WORTH IT! I’d rather wait a bit longer for cleaner, lighter rice that doesn’t make me feel blah afterwards. Love rice but hate the carb regret? This cooker is THAT GWORL!! ✅✨

Carb reducer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just started keto almost two months ago, so I was so happy to get this. It was easy to use with the exception of some of the buttons not working. It took a couple tries before it would work. Otherwise, my rice was cooked to perfection.

Easy and versatile rice cooker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rice cooker is a great addition to my small appliances. Makes food prep easier with auto on and timer option. Makes food healthier by reducing carbs. Pretty easy to set up, use and clean afterwards. Stores easily but is slightly bulky. This can cook 8 servings of rice at time. Also great for beans, oats or other grains. Although setup is easy, and timer and auto on feature are great, it does take a long time to cook. I've been using with plain white rice and plan on trying wild rice next. The rice comes out perfectly cooked and fluffy, not sticky or starchy.

Extremely nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Greenpan rice cooker is honestly one of the nicest rice cookers that I have ever seen. Firstly, in low carb mode, it separates the extra carbs from the rice. How cool is that? It makes an already healthy dish even healthier. The inside bowl is nonstick and very easy to clean. I dont say that lightly either. I absolutely hate washing dishes but this is very easy to take out and wash. The unit itself isnt too heavy so its not bad in terms of storage and moving it around. The rice comes out delicious. The coolest feature, in my opinion, is how it has separate modes for each type of rice. Ive never seen a rice cooker with this many features before and I think the value here is outstanding.

Good overall rice cooker for carb reduction- it ju

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Bistro 8 cup rice cooker in Graphite and used it quite a few times. Overall, I'd give it 3 - 4 stars. I do like it, but it definitely comes with a learning curve. At first using it was frustrating. It took me several tries to figure out the right settings and ratios, I also experienced some leaking while getting used to it. I'm not sure if it's just my specific cooker or how it's made... Once I got the hang of using it, my white rice will come out fine- but it does take longer than my previous rice cooker. The capacity feels smaller than I expected. For my family of 5, I have to cook one and a half batches (sometimes two), which adds extra time and prep during lunch/ dinner. Where this cooker really shines is if you like carb reduction or want different cooking options like quinoa, brown rice, low carb white rice, and other grains. I feel like it's designed for more healthy cooking alternatives rather than daily, simple white rice for meals. So if your main goal is basic rice - then I'm not sure it's worth all the extra effort and time. I do love how it looks on my counter next to all my other appliances. It's sleek and pretty however it does take some effort to clean it. Overall, I think this is a good option for people who mainly prioritize carb reduction and don't mind adding extra prep time (80 or so plus minutes for two batches of plain rice). Just be prepared for some trial and error in the beginning, extra time cleaning it up and plan to be in the kitchen cooking longer if you're making larger batches.

Quick and perfect rice every time!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For how much we cook rice, this was such a wonderful edition to our pantry! We use it daily and it cooks the rice to perfection and is easy to use and clean! The only thing that took time getting used too was the timer settings but once you get the hang of it, it's invaluable!

A nice rice cooker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used a rice maker in a long time, but this one made it a bit easier to jump back into it. The instructions were a tad bit confusing, but I was able to get to where I wanted. It is a decent size for a single person or a small family. I only did 1 cup of rice, but it looks like it can hold a good amount. The power is good and I believe it is of good value.
