I feel asleep in less than 30 minutes, I stayed asleep for 6 hrs straight. I do for get to take it sometime but I do recommend it.

This product is wonderful. Make sure to take it an hour or two before you want to go to sleep. It's a game changer to help you with any sleep issues.

Bought for my teen in replacement of the Olly gummies as they have been out for a bit. She said these did not work well.for her.

These really work well for me. I usually take one about a 1/2hr before I’m going to bed. Usually wake up refreshed.

I have used melatonin before but not time released. Best nights sleep in a long time. No drowsy feeling after taking it- just a deep resting sleep

I haven’t taken this yet because my sleeping troubles have not been happening lately. I like the idea of having a supplement that promotes sleep and is a natural product. I will use this in the future when sleep eludes me.

Wanted the the NAME brand gummies they showed out of stock for 12 weeks and then you took the off your web page sound I went to Walmart and found them

Very disappointed in this melatonin. I've used other brands that were 5mg that worked better, and to think this 10mg would be better.. But it's not effective at all.
