For those who can’t sleep

This tablet makes me relax enough to get tired, and then to sleep.  Normally my brain doesn't stop running.  Not weed, but it turns the brain OFF.

Bought for my teen in replacement of the Olly gummies as they have been out for a bit. She said these did not work well.for her.

Doesn't compare to Olly gummies.

This product is wonderful. Make sure to take it an hour or two before you want to go to sleep. It's a game changer to help you with any sleep issues.

Finally, I get some sleep all through the night

This helps me sleep. We travel a lot and it helps me wind down so I can sleep, no matter where we are. No fuzzy head in the morning either.

My husband uses these and some nights prefers the extended release to catch up on sleep when he has a day off.

I feel asleep in less than 30 minutes, I stayed asleep for 6 hrs straight. I do for get to take it sometime but I do recommend it.

This product did not work for me. I have difficulty falling asleep and the nights I tried this I did not sleep at all. I would not recommend to anyone I did not write a review sooner because I hate to write negative things about any products since it could work well for others
