We purchased this for our daughter's 4th birthday. The shipping to store and pick-up was seemless with Walmart, however, after my husband spent hours assembling what he referred to as, "plastic junk", we discovered it wouldn't even go into gear or reverse! We called Peg Perego and they told us to basically troubleshoot it ourselves by disassembling the dumper trailer and see if there is a wire connection issue at the rear. Ya, no thanks! The size was also disappointing being it was advertised for 3-8 year olds and I could tell already our 4 year was going to outgrow it fast. Very upset with Peg Perego as they were known in the past for making decent products and having good customer service. You would think for the price you spend it would come in working condition and maybe have some extra features such as lights and music. Needless to say we returned it to Walmart (again seemless) and will be upgrading to a 24V atv that has all the bells and whistles for a mere $20 more!

I think this is a good product. However, the directions are not adequate for assembly. The pictures are poor and the written directions are extraordinarily vague. Additionally, the product came without certain critical components. I was able to fabricate those items at the hardware store but. Not good.

This has been an awesome vehicle for our grandkids, they have loved either riding in it or driving it all over our property from age 1-9. It has held up really well over the past couple years…. I had bought an extra battery but even with driving it on and off all day we never had to switch them out. One of the batteries recently went completely dead, but as much use as it’s gotten I can’t complain! Well worth the $$

We got this for my son's 5th birthday and he loves it! We've had it for about a month and he drives it nearly every day! Our only issue is that he is 45 inches tall and his knees are in the dashboard. We wanted something that would last him a long time, but I'm a little concerned that he might outgrow this quickly.

I'm really surprised and disappointed that something this expensive doesn't have more going on. No horn, no real buttons that push or light up (just stickers of buttons), no radio, no headlights (just reflective plastic). The tailgate is manual. It has different speeds, which is nice, but that is to be expected. It is just a ride that goes basically. Could have easily gone with some other power ride toy cheaper. This was a gift from a grandparent so we're keeping it because we don't want to hurt feelings--if it had been my money it would go back. My son is 2 and played with it for 5 minutes and really wanted those sticker buttons and horn to do something. He enjoyed riding in it and wasn't scared, but lost interest quickly. I got my son a Little Tikes truck for $70 that has an electric horn along with a side door and a manual tailgate. I think he will like it better. Sorry, those reviews are still out as Santa has not been by yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My six year old loves her new Power Wheels Ford F-150 Raptor by Fischer Price. It's pretty powerful and you can adjust the speed to be slower which is what we did at first until she got use to driving it. Then we kicked up the speed. She drives it with a smile on always . Easy to start and turn. We have used it on the sidewalks , driveway and grass. Works great on all. It's perfect for her age of six!

brought the gator for my 2 grandson age 3 and 2. they like riding around the yard which we have 3 acres but the one big thing that needs to be upgraded is the smooth plastic tires. tires keep slipping on the pavement and grass. tires needs to have better deeper rugged tread tires for better traction.

I bought this for my 3 year old who is now 8 (he can still ride on it but is squished in the seats) and now my current 3 year old has taken over the driver seat. It has been ran on the grass, gravel, and small hills almost daily during the summer, fall, and spring. It has the same battery and still runs strong. Very impressed, money well spent.

Got this for a gift for my 2 year old. He was able to figure out how to drive it and steer it. He thinks he is so cool driving around the yard. It is nice to be able to lock it into 1st gear to ensure that he does not go too fast. Our other son has the motorized tractor and they love them both!

We purchased this product for my 3 year old son for Christmas. The left motor overheated and started smoking after less than five minutes of use. We have replaced the motor twice with the same result. My son only weighs 35 lbs, he wasn't driving wild and crazy, and he was driving on a flat road. There was no obvious reason for this to happen. I contacted Peg Perego and their response was that I should replace both motors at the same time instead of only replacing the defective motor. There was no apology and no offer to fix the problem. Very disappointing.
