Good value and met our expectations. It's a little small for the advertised age as my just turned 7 year old barely fits in it and our 5.5 year old is tight to fit in it. I also would have liked to have seen a NiMh Battery as opposed to the NiCad Battery.

Great item. It was available for pickup the very next morning after I ordered it online. Walmart was very friendly and even called for someone to take it to my vehicle without me even asking. Awesome customer service. This JD Gator is very sturdy and it rides two children with no problem over grass and hills. And it also has speed to it which my son loves. Well worth the money.

This thing is super cute! My son loved it and was SO excited to drive it. Pretty easy to put together. Worked great the first day. Plugged it in that night to charge. The next day it didn't work. I called the company and they walked me through troubleshooting. Got it working and it was fine the rest of the day. Next day.. same thing except it quit while my son was driving it. SO ANNOYING!! In order to get it working again you have to get into the back by the motors and basically jiggle wires. If it happened once then fine but I'm not going to jiggle wires everyday to make sure a brand new product works as it should. Ridiculous. Returning this hunk of junk.

We got this for our son for his birthday/Christmas present. It took about 2.5 hours to assemble and put all the stickers on. It works best on flat grass, we don't let him take it on the concrete because the tires are not very well designed. We charged the battery for 3 hours prior to letting him on it the first time and we still haven't charged it and he's ridden it about 5 hours so far.

It's adorable and great for the price. We gave it to my grandson in the winter so not sure about the traction on the tires yet, but the only that i can see disappointing is that the rear dumpbox is manual and it's a little difficult to do (especially for a young child). I thought it would be electric. He loved it and I can't wait to see him in it this summer.

This toy is large, my kids will not outgrow this anytime soon. It works great on grass, even uphill, both rear wheels turn unlike some other power wheels. Was prepared to screw a bike tire around the wheels, but so far no need. Assembly was easy, don't need screw in battery compartment, keeps closed just fine. Not sure if I have seen a full 2 hours runtime, but I have 2 kids in it, off-road use and on 5mph mode. Great buy!

Great item and kids love it. However, charging is a real a chore by having to remove front area with screwdriver. I can see where this will remain uncharged for long periods unless you are responsible enough to do it continuously. Poorly designed for easy use.

This is so unfortunate. We ordered this for Christmas. We were halfway through building it late on Christmas Eve when we realized one of the pieces was broken off (the part that connects the bed to the chassis). Had a fun time explaining that to the kids (Blip the elf knocked it off the sleigh). Ordered a second one on Christmas Day and was told it would arrive in 2 weeks. It arrived Dec 26th (yay Walmart!). Frustratingly it was also broken: SAME PART! The first vehicle had the clip broken clear off. This one was attached, but there was a huge crack from top to bottom of the chassis. Ordered a third—the final attempt before we look for a different option. It arrived Dec 28th and was in one piece. The Gator is not packaged well enough. I’m assuming when moved in the factory or warehouse or in delivery people are putting the box down corner first, probably roughly, and because of the lack of packaging the plastic chassis is smacking off the plastic wheels at the base of the box, causing a fracture in the plastic. The problem lies ultimate with peg perego for the packaging. But the damage could have been caused any number of places along the supply chain, from warehouse to store, or by any of the moving/transporting/delivery people along the way. We had a Mercedes Benz SUV one that worked great for 5 years of heavy use. This one is falling apart after 4-5 months of use. First pieces just started falling off, the back tailgate, the front piece that keeps the battery in and more. Now the tire completely broke open. It's also not for kids with long legs. The other one fit taller kids a lot better. I wish I went with a different one.

So incredibly disappointed and tired of being duped by shoddy descriptions. This is far too small for any child over 3 years old. My 5 year old, who is short for his age, does not fit comfortably and the dump bed doesn’t work with the seat back all the way. Not that the dump bed works good anyway! Very very hard to use even for an adult. The camo is all sticker decals which is a nightmare and won’t last. The instructions were a hot mess. And unless you are a city slicker with only a nice neat little tarred driveway, expect to have very frustrated and stuck children....constantly. Not sure about the life of the battery yet, but it takes a good 15 minutes of wrestling with cords and bars and screws to get it in and out. Parents everywhere would really appreciate a company who can make a decent quality kids ride on....this isn’t it.
