I am sadly disappointed with these knives. I have Calphalon kitchenware that are quality products, but these knives are not worth the expensive price. What I do like: The idea of a self-sharpening block is great and the block is nice and heavy. The knives are marked, so when going to grab one, you know which one you're getting. The handles have a comfortable grip. What I don't like: The blades! The most important part of the knife. The metal is light and flimsy. The knives cut well, but not impressively well. If the set was less in price, I'd give them a higher rating. These are good knives, but if you are a person who cooks a lot, these are not the very best knives to use.

Excellent cutlery set. Best I have ever purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh these knives are beautiful. Each knife has its own slot with a sharpener in it. Feels nice in my hand and looks like they will last a long time. Looks amazing on my counter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Durability is great, I love the fact that it sharpens itself when you pull it out of the holder. The handles are very comfortable to hold. Very sharp, so Chopping is very easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these knives. They are already sharp and by just putting them in the knife block they get sharpened. There are several versatile sizes including steak knives. They look great on my counter.
