I am so glad I wore this fragrance, especially after smelling the spritz on a card. The card smelled similar to dill pickles, for some reason. After spritzing it on my skin, rubbing my wrists together, and waiting a few minutes it smelled oh so much better. I love it. Its warm and sexy. Really yummy!

I was at a Christmas party and smelled this fragrance on a friend and loved it! I asked where she got it and immediately placed an order. Since then, I get compliments every time I wear it! It is the perfect understated and interesting fragrance..not too strong, but lasts all day. Absolutely my new perfect fragrance!

I wanted to fall in love with this scent. I wanted it to be romantic and woodsy, but on me its sharp and almost too masculine. Ill continue to wear it, but to soften it I pair it with Lush Cosmetics Pansy fragrance. I dont hate it, but its not a love connection \_()_/

Love this scent. After spraying within 10mins it smells just like Santal 33! You can't judge any scent by the first spray and you need to spray it on yourself to see how it works with your body chemistry. This scent changes from the opening notes to the middle notes (heart) of the scent fairly quickly. As the day goes on the scent gets better & better. The dry down ( last notes) are incredible as well. Long lasting I get many compliments on all my dossier scents especially this one.

I found this site and thought I would try it out. I had never smelled Santal before but read the notes and seemed like something I would like. I got it, sprayed it and it was vaguely familiar to me. I finally realized this smells SO MUCH like Juliette Has a Gun- Sunny Side Up. And I love all of Juliettes perfumes. Love this so much!

I haven't smelled the "original" but I really liked this one. I love that it's woody and complex. I can smell it for a while after I spray it too. If you like sandalwood you will love this to layer with other fragrances. Shipping was only a few days too which was nice.

I was so excited to try this and then super disappointed when I smelled it from the bottle. There was some sweet and almost minty quality I hated. However, once on my skin for a while it is a lovely long lasting sandlewood that I can smell on my watch band days later. I think it is mellow enough I could wear it to work and have really fallen in love with all of the LeLabo inspired fragrances.

Im wearing this one right now. I bought it at least a year ago and I dont wear it very often. I do tend to like woods, musky, spicy scents the most so Im familiar with these types of scents. This one is extremely woody and at first smell, kind of puts me off (for me wearing it). I decided to spray it on today as I have no plans. My first impression is the woods, its strong and a bit overpowering. Ive been wearing it an hour now and can smell the dry down. The dry down is warm and comforting, like a cozy blanket. I dont think many women will grab for this, its not the typical floral/powdery scent that most women gravitate to (I am not like most women anyways) I will start wearing this a bit more often, especially as the days warm up. I do wish there was more of a twist to it to give it a slightly more complex scent, maybe a hint of citrus or oriental flower. But not much. Overall I would give this a 8/10 for women. I will have to get my husband to try this, I am sure it would be intoxicating on him.

I LOVE that I decided to give this perfume a go. I enjoy less common perfumes, and the way women described in on YouTube made it sound delicious. I was looking for a warm and pepper like perfume and this is it! Lol, I see some men in the office slightly lift their masks as I walk by...

This packs a punch! Its very strong, which is good (concentration 25%!) but I had to wash it off after 2 hours. That is not to blame Dossier, though. I had remembered sandalwood to be sweeter and softer when I was young. Reading the ingredients now, I see there is not only sandalwood but also others (maybe Cyprus or juniper? I cant leave the review to look again) which give it too much the smell of crushing those soft evergreen needles between your fingers, and a sharp scent. I personally got a very bad headache but think its very good quality (Dossier actually has a lot of natural essences in their ingredient lists which honestly is a rare find nowadays) and does smell very much like LL. Personally I cant wear it and have to return it, but its something I would add a dash of it into a dark vanilla perfume. All 5 I ordered are very strong and stay on well :)
