This is the first fragrance that brought me to Dossier. And I must say I am very satisfied. This fragrance is wonderful from the first spray to hours later. It's a very warm, comforting scent, pure sandalwood, combined with other notes that enhance the sandalwood beautifully. It lasts for 10 to 12 hours, and I feel like it smells better the longer you wear it.

Smells almost exactly like the original. I honestly like this even better because the difference I noticed a lack of initial sharpness that I didnt love in the original. Now I get a smoother start and the same amazing dry down of the original without the cost.

I just bought three perfumes, Woody Sandalwood, Woody Chestnut, and Floral Jasmine, and I decided to give my mom the Floral Jasmine one as a mother's Day gift. I hope that she will love it, but I really really Obsessed with Woody Sandalwood/Chestnut. They both smell amazing and good. I will keep purchasing in Dossier. I will love to try Citrus Tea, Musky Green Tea, and Floriental Coconut next. Hope I will love those too.

Im sold on Dossier! I have to wear clean gluten free fragrances due to Autoimmune illness. Usually these kinds of fragrances dont last long...but Dossier does! The Woody Sandalwood is a Fall vibe. Its exactly what I was hoping for, true to the description. Thank you Dossier, I will be purchasing again!

After getting this I went straight to the Le Labo shop in Brooklyn and sprayed my left hand with the original Santal 33. I went home and sprayed my right hand with the Dossier dupe.Ten minutes later I challenged 4 people to tell the difference and nobody could.My only wish is that Dossier would do more of Le Labo's scents.

This was 1/5 of a blind buy and I am pleasantly impressed! It smells so nostalgic and crisp. The lingering notes throughout the day are phenomenal. For women I say it gives rich auntie who love yachts and were I to smell it on a man it would give cool uncle who surfs. Buy it.

This scent surprised me. It was so popular I wanted to try it and originally bought it for myself but after smelling it I definitely think it is much more of a masculine scent with the strong wood undertones. Nevertheless I cant stop sniffing it but just prefer it on him vs myself.

Very good smell and longevity; however I've smelled Le Labo Santal 33 on another person before and it had more spicy depth and was darker. I think this is beautiful but it's more in line with maison louis marie No4 Bois de Balincourt, which is a fragrance I actually own.

Its not my absolute favorite but I like the scent and appreciate that its different from what I usually wear. However I will have to return it because my wife, uh.... despises it. She physically recoiled the first time I wore it and she thinks it smells like cedar pellets and urine?? Maybe shes out of her mind but either way, this perfume will have to go, sadly. I really like the scent and could potentially try and let my wife adjust and see if she can tolerate it but Id rather not have my wife think I smell like pee. However, the Dossier original Orchid and sandalwood at dusk is incredible, has a strong sandalwood note, and my wife does NOT think it smells like cedar pellets and urine. I got a sample of it and I loved it so its looking like Ill probably do an exchange so Ill still have a sandalwood centered perfume. Sad this one didnt work out, it smells amazing (to me). Averaging my review: 4 stars from me and 1 star from my wife, but Im the one with the keyboard so I say three stars.

An amazing smell, I will order it over and over again. The other perfume, I ordered, Woody oakmoss, was not great, and I returned it, but have yet to be refunded. Would love to receive some information via email about getting my refund for the other one.
