My only issue is with how pushy it was to go on-line. I like the desktop version, especially because if my Internet goes down in the middle of preparation, I won't lose anything. Ask once, then let it go.

My Tax Expert, Nicole S., was an absolutely wonderful lady! She spent hours with me filling out the tax forms and explaining every detail of all the fields I needed to complete. It was indeed an excellent experience with TurboTax, because of her!

I refinanced a mortgage in 2025. Despite my entering all of the correct data, turbotax did not link the two mortgages together. I had to do it manually.

It is the most cumbersome application. If I need to make one little change, I have to go through every step over and over again. Doesn't work with my Chrome computer - had to purchase a Windows laptop.0

Evidently, Turbo Tax is not including RITA questionnaire and forms for those Ohio municipalities that use RITA. Rather than state, "We do not support RITA, all help is useless and not answering questions. This should have been stated in the product.

Easy to do software. Takes you step by step where you don't miss a thing. Very Trustworthy Company and software. Wish is wasn't that expensive for the Home & Office software though.

I would have given it five stars but...I seem to have a problem with the 1096. The date of the form is incorrect. Will a fix come before the required mail date?

WAS EXTREMELY HARD WHEN I KNEW THE DATA TO ENTER ON THE FORMS BUB TURBOTAX DID NOT ALLOW ME TOENTER ON THAT FIELD ALSO, THE DATA SOURCE LINK WAS SELDOM AVAILABLE WITH NO OVERRIDE AVAILABLE

If TT imports the returns - it should not ask any questions about last year's returns - it still does. Filling amnded retrun was totally non-intuitive, to top it TT gave wrong advice - totally unaccetable

The product is very good but getting it becomes more difficult every year. Intuit's security and download procedures have are very cumbersome and unfriendly.
