Overall I like TurboTax. However, after filling out data and then later finding an error, it takes an act of Congress to find and return to the page where the data was entered.

In accurate codes on K-1 and IRS forces user to generate form 3468 as "D" on IRS generates Energy Creits in Turbo Tax which is not correct. Issue/bug is all over the internet-FIX IT!

Initial entry of data is pretty good, the download version is noticeably faster than the online version. Navigation for review and correcting of entries is not intuitive, but doable.

My only issue is with how pushy it was to go on-line. I like the desktop version, especially because if my Internet goes down in the middle of preparation, I won't lose anything. Ask once, then let it go.

Easy to use and easy to file. Have been using TurboTax for more than 35 years and it seems to get better and easier every year. Always accurate, and its many features make reporting income and filing my returns a stress-free experience.

Why can't you print the confirmation that you efiled the state return? I have efiled two relatives returns and it's telling me I have reached my limit. I hope not, I still have my brother's return and my return, which I'm working on.

The ability to pay to file state by credit card does not work and didn't work last year. Form 1095 A was not part of the interview this year or last year. My refund was rejected.

A fix is needed for the Payer ID on 1099NEC forms. A social security number is permitted for household assistance/caregivers. Software prints out the SS# as a Fed ID#.

Filing has become so complex I do not know what I would do without it, especially because it pulls and processes your W-2s and 1099s automatically. Data entry is also kept at a minimum by saving information from the previous year tax return.
